18、運(yùn)用壓力的要求選擇適宜的減壓閥。安裝順序：從氣源的流入端開場，依次銜接空氣過濾器，減壓閥，油霧器，元件殼體上的箭頭方向?yàn)闅饬鞣较颍豢煞唇??？諝膺^濾器，油霧器必需豎直安裝并使帶有罩杯側(cè)朝下。油霧器一旦逆流，會呵斥內(nèi)部零件損壞和發(fā)生危險(xiǎn)，故應(yīng)防止發(fā)生。安裝銜接時，防止將密封膠帶，鐵銹等雜質(zhì)混入管路內(nèi)。運(yùn)用與維護(hù)缸開箱安裝前應(yīng)檢查元件在運(yùn)輸過程中能否有損壞，銜接螺栓能否松動，閥類元件檢查電磁頭能否有損壞，并去除維護(hù)帽及防護(hù)油后按運(yùn)用闡明書的要求安裝運(yùn)用。任務(wù)介質(zhì)要運(yùn)用清潔枯燥的緊縮空氣，并將配管內(nèi)充分吹凈，以防雜質(zhì)帶入系統(tǒng)內(nèi)引起缸閥動作不良，需求光滑的，要在配管系統(tǒng)中加油霧器，建議運(yùn)用的光滑油IS

19、OVG32。通?；钊麠U只能接受軸向載荷，安裝時要堅(jiān)持負(fù)載與活塞桿的軸線一致，假設(shè)行程較長，活塞桿應(yīng)加適當(dāng)?shù)闹?，防止活塞桿的下垂和彎曲。氣缸安裝終了后，按額定任務(wù)壓力空載運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)3-5次，無異常景象，然后銜接負(fù)載運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。帶緩沖性能的氣缸假設(shè)在運(yùn)輸中可調(diào)緩沖螺釘松動，可在試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中調(diào)理緩沖至最小，逐漸松開緩沖螺釘至稱心效果，以免產(chǎn)生過大沖擊損壞氣缸。氣缸運(yùn)用時應(yīng)留意不要使活塞桿外表損傷，防止桿端密封件損傷，氣缸漏氣，環(huán)境條件惡劣時，建議加防塵套或防護(hù)罩。電磁閥安裝運(yùn)用時，要留意電磁頭的控制電壓AC220V AC110V AC36V DC24V DC12V，允許電壓動搖-15-10%。電磁閥運(yùn)用手動旋鈕操
