5、,我國(guó)高度重視和加強(qiáng)水利設(shè)施建設(shè),以節(jié)水挖潛改 造為中心, 切實(shí)加強(qiáng)農(nóng)田水利基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)。 實(shí)施了小型農(nóng)田水利工 程、灌區(qū)節(jié)水改造和續(xù)建配套、節(jié)水增效示范、末級(jí)渠系改造、水權(quán) 轉(zhuǎn)換等工程項(xiàng)目, 有效提高了水資源調(diào)控能力和利用效率。 在設(shè)施農(nóng) 業(yè)和特色農(nóng)業(yè)種植區(qū),推行了低壓管灌、滴灌、噴灌等現(xiàn)代化節(jié)水灌 溉技術(shù),推動(dòng)了現(xiàn)代節(jié)水農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展。拿四平遼河灌區(qū)為例,截止目 前,全區(qū)共發(fā)展工程節(jié)水灌溉面積 10萬(wàn)畝,總投資 2千萬(wàn)元。其中渠 道防滲面積 1.1 萬(wàn)畝,低壓管道灌溉面積 3萬(wàn)畝,噴微灌面積 4萬(wàn)畝。 發(fā)展地面軟管灌溉、小畦灌溉等非工程節(jié)水灌溉措施面積 1萬(wàn)畝。年 可節(jié)水 4000萬(wàn)立方米,

6、增產(chǎn)1000萬(wàn)公斤,節(jié)水灌溉技術(shù)的推廣使用, 提高了水的利用率和產(chǎn)出效益, 緩解了水資源供需矛盾, 促進(jìn)了農(nóng)業(yè) 種植結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、農(nóng)工收入的增加和區(qū)域水資源平衡, 改善了生態(tài)環(huán)境, 拉動(dòng)了節(jié)水灌溉設(shè)備產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展In recent years, our country attaches great importance to and strengthen the construction of water conservancy facilities, to water saving potentialities and transformation as the center, strengthe

13、。 就是從作物生理角度出發(fā),在一定時(shí) 期主動(dòng)施加一定程度有益的虧水度, 使作物經(jīng)歷有益的虧水鍛煉, 改 善品質(zhì),控制上部旺長(zhǎng),實(shí)現(xiàn)矮化密植,到達(dá)節(jié)水增產(chǎn)的目的。二是 使用3S 技術(shù)的精細(xì)灌溉技術(shù)。就是運(yùn)用全球衛(wèi)星定位系統(tǒng)( GPS ) 和地理信息系統(tǒng)( GIS ),遙感技術(shù)( RS)和計(jì)算機(jī)控制系統(tǒng),實(shí)時(shí) 獲取農(nóng)用小區(qū)作物生長(zhǎng)實(shí)際需求的信息, 通過信息處理和分析, 按需 給作物進(jìn)行施水的技術(shù), 可以最大限度提高水資源的利用率和土地的 產(chǎn)業(yè)率。這是農(nóng)田灌溉學(xué)科發(fā)展的熱點(diǎn)和農(nóng)業(yè)新技術(shù)革命的重要內(nèi) 容。 三是智能化節(jié)水灌溉裝備技術(shù)。就是把生物學(xué)、自動(dòng)控制、微 電子、人工智能、 信息科學(xué)等高新技術(shù)集成

20、定的發(fā)展。三是地面灌溉仍是當(dāng)今世界占主導(dǎo)地位的灌水技 術(shù)。隨著高效田間灌水技術(shù)的成熟, 輸配水有低壓管道化方向發(fā)展的 趨勢(shì)。四是農(nóng)業(yè)高效節(jié)水灌溉技術(shù)管理水平越來(lái)越高。 使用專家系統(tǒng)、 計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、控制技術(shù)資源數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、模擬模型等技術(shù)的集成,達(dá) 到時(shí),空、量、質(zhì)上的精確灌水,是今后攻關(guān)的重點(diǎn)。Water-saving irrigation technology in our country presents the following trends: one is spray irrigation technology is still the field of water-saving ir
