6、d for RCU for non-cleanroom area where humidify requirement are more onerous and the RCU for cleanroom area, social building, and process cooling water system, and so on. 在潔凈室新風(fēng)處理系統(tǒng)中均使用低溫冷凍水系統(tǒng)， 低溫冷凍水系統(tǒng)使用在濕度要求較高和中溫冷凍水不能將空氣冷卻至要求露點(diǎn)溫度的生產(chǎn)區(qū)新風(fēng)處理系統(tǒng)。潔凈室新風(fēng)處理系統(tǒng)中的預(yù)冷盤管系統(tǒng)，非潔凈新風(fēng)處理系統(tǒng)，及工藝?yán)鋬鏊到y(tǒng)均需用到低溫冷凍水。General Syste

The primary pumps are matched to the chillers, the

11、chillers are enabled to ensure that the cooling capacity of all users can be attained at all times. To ensure that this is always achieved two measurements are taken on the primary and secondary side of the chilled water system, namely the supply and the return water temperatures. The number of chil

12、lers shall be started as a result of this calculation. Chillers do not operate at their maximum COP at full load, the actual maximum COP of the selected chillers is vendor reliant. The distribution of COPs across the full operating range of the selected chiller shall determine the point at which the

13、 BMS initiates a signal to enable the next chiller. This control method could be done by a dedicated chiller control system as supplied by individual chiller manufacturer. 一次泵和二次泵分別連接，以確保直接驅(qū)動泵和調(diào)速泵能夠在動態(tài)穩(wěn)定的工況下獨(dú)立工作。一次泵容量與冷凍機(jī)相匹配，冷凍機(jī)確保各使用點(diǎn)在任何情況下能滿足其需求。因此可以保證任何情況下一次泵和二次泵側(cè)即供回水溫度達(dá)到要求。冷凍機(jī)啟動數(shù)量將根據(jù)水力計算來定。在滿負(fù)荷時冷

17、ss flow towers is proposed. 獨(dú)立的冷卻水系統(tǒng)安裝在鍋爐房的屋面。所有的冷卻塔在屋面上都有混凝土基礎(chǔ)。冷卻水泵都放置于相應(yīng)的冷凍機(jī)房內(nèi)。采用橫流式冷卻塔。 The Condenser Water system is based on the temperature difference of entering and leaving water temperature of 5C. Cooling Water, under design conditions at 32C/37C in an open loop system. 根據(jù)項(xiàng)目需求提供的參數(shù)，在供回水溫度32
