10、料判判斷場地是否否滿足會展需需求。 修改后：1.簽簽約前，乙方方已經(jīng)進(jìn)行充充分了解甲方方出租場地的的有關(guān)情況，知知悉甲方提供供場地的相關(guān)關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)資料，并并確認(rèn)甲方的的場地能夠滿滿足乙方會展展需求。1. 14、乙方方進(jìn)行上述活活動時(shí)不應(yīng)妨妨礙甲方場地地內(nèi)的其他展展覽和活動。（補(bǔ)充：乙方進(jìn)行展臺搭建、安裝、拆卸、搬遷及善后等工作相關(guān)費(fèi)用不包含在乙方支付給甲方的的租金內(nèi)，乙方進(jìn)行展臺搭建、安裝、拆卸、搬遷及善后等工作產(chǎn)生費(fèi)用由乙方自行承擔(dān)）。2. 18、Riights and OObligaationss of PParty A 1甲方有權(quán)監(jiān)監(jiān)督乙方在租租賃期限內(nèi)遵遵守本合同約約定及甲方的的有關(guān)規(guī)章制制度，并對乙乙方違反 有關(guān)約定的行為為予以制止。（補(bǔ)充：由于乙方違反甲方管理制度導(dǎo)致會展活動無法進(jìn)行的，相關(guān)責(zé)任由乙方自行承擔(dān)，給甲方造成損失的，甲方保留追究乙方責(zé)任的權(quán)利。） 1. 20、lateed to ensurre thee normmal opperatiion off exhiibitioon by Partyy B. 3除有明確約約定外，甲方方不得不干涉涉乙方正常的的會展活動。 3. Exceept ass otheerwisee cleaarly sstipullated, Partty A sshall not iinterffere wwith PParty Bs norrmal eexhibiition activvitiess. 4甲方應(yīng)對市市場進(jìn)行物業(yè)業(yè)管理，并負(fù)負(fù)責(zé)場內(nèi)的安安全防范和經(jīng)經(jīng)營設(shè)施的建建設(shè)及維護(hù)、包包括：建筑物物（包括公共共區(qū)域及租賃賃場

21、地）的管管理及維修保保養(yǎng)；對乙方方裝修的審查查和監(jiān)督；水水、電、 氣氣、空調(diào)、電電梯、扶梯等等設(shè)備、管道道、線路、設(shè)設(shè)施及系統(tǒng)的的管理、維修修及保養(yǎng)；清清潔管理；保保安管理并負(fù)負(fù)責(zé)市場的公公共安全；消消防管理；內(nèi)內(nèi)外各種通道道、道路、停停車場的管理理。 4. 24、利義務(wù) Articlee 8 Riights and OObligaationss of PParty B 1乙方應(yīng)按照照約定用途使使用甲方場地地，自覺遵守守甲方依法制制訂的各項(xiàng)規(guī)規(guī)章制度，服服從甲方的監(jiān)監(jiān)督。 1. Partty B sshall pay tthe reental to Paarty AA in ttime aas stiipulatted heerein. 3. 乙方有責(zé)責(zé)任維護(hù)租賃賃區(qū)域和公共共區(qū)域的整潔潔。租賃期限限屆滿，乙方方應(yīng)按時(shí)（建議修改為為：應(yīng)在 小時(shí)內(nèi)）把自自己及參展商商的所有物品品（展臺、展展架、遺棄物物以及垃圾）移移出租賃區(qū)域域。有關(guān)物品品未能按時(shí)移移出的，甲方方將視為遺棄棄物進(jìn)行處理理。乙方也可可以委托甲方方對上述物品品進(jìn)行清理，所所需費(fèi)用由乙乙方承擔(dān)。3. PParty B mayy alsoo entrrust PParty A to treatt the abovee artiicles at Paarty BBs cosst. 4乙方應(yīng)合理理使用場內(nèi)的的各項(xiàng)設(shè)施，如如需安裝設(shè)備備、擺放展品品、設(shè)置宣傳傳廣告等，應(yīng)應(yīng)先征得甲方方同意，造成成損壞的應(yīng)承承擔(dān)修復(fù)或賠賠償責(zé)任。 4. 29、 5乙方保證自自己和自己的的客戶不會對對甲方或甲方方場所進(jìn)行的的其他展覽會會有任何攻擊擊、損害或干干擾的不正當(dāng)當(dāng)競爭行為。 5. Partty B sshall pledgge thaat it or itts cusstomerrs willl nott havee any unfaiir commpetittion aacts ssuch aas atttack, damagge or interrferennce aggainstt Partty A oor othher exxhibittions at Paarty AAs plaace. 6乙方負(fù)責(zé)對對自己財(cái)產(chǎn)進(jìn)進(jìn)行妥善保管管，并保

30、證其其展品或其他他物品，將不不占用或堆放放在非租賃區(qū)區(qū)域（包括室室外場地）；否則甲方有有權(quán)予以處理理，所需費(fèi)用用由乙方承擔(dān)擔(dān)。 6. 31、led too handdle suuch exxhibitts andd artiicles at Paarty BBs cosst. 7乙方如為宣宣傳會展活動動而需使用甲甲方名稱、商商標(biāo)和標(biāo)識，應(yīng)應(yīng)事先取得甲甲方書面同意意，否則乙方方應(yīng)承擔(dān)由此此產(chǎn)生的法律律責(zé)任。 13. 32、ootherwwise PParty B shaall unndertaake thhe leggal liiabiliities incurrred hherebyy. 8. 乙方會展展活動及展示示物品應(yīng)在國國家法律法規(guī)規(guī)規(guī)定范圍內(nèi)內(nèi)進(jìn)行，如會會展中有違法法活動或者乙乙方展覽之物物品可能侵犯犯第三人的權(quán)權(quán)益（包括但但不限于人身身權(quán)、財(cái)產(chǎn)權(quán)權(quán)等），甲方方有權(quán)立即終終止本協(xié)議，造造成甲方損失失的，甲方有有權(quán)追究乙方方的責(zé)任。9. 補(bǔ)充：會會展期間，如如因乙方或乙乙方原因?qū)е碌谌嗽斐杉追椒降膿p失，乙乙方對甲方應(yīng)應(yīng)承擔(dān)全部賠償償責(zé)任。第九條 違約約責(zé)任 Articlee 9 Deefaultt

33、Liabbilitiies 1甲方未按約約定提供場地地或用水、用用電等市場內(nèi)內(nèi)的經(jīng)營設(shè)施施或條件致使使乙方不能正正常經(jīng)營 的的，應(yīng)減收相相應(yīng)租金，乙乙方有權(quán)要求求甲方繼續(xù)履履行合同或解解除合同，并并要求甲方賠賠償相應(yīng)的損損失。 1.
