1、圖圖1.AD7386功能框圖AD73864MSPS16SARADCADI公司的AD7386是四路4MSPS16位雙路同時(shí)取樣的逐次逼近模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器(SARADC),工作電壓3.0V-3.6V,吞吐量速率高達(dá)4MSPS,模擬輸入類型是單端取樣,并在CS下降邊沿進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)換數(shù)字信號(hào).AD7386集成了序列發(fā)生器和過取樣區(qū)塊,以提高動(dòng)態(tài)販毒案和減少低帶寬時(shí)的噪音.器件還包括緩沖的內(nèi)部2.5V基準(zhǔn)電壓,也可采用外接高達(dá)3.3V的基準(zhǔn)電壓.轉(zhuǎn)換過程和數(shù)據(jù)采集采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的控制輸入,這樣很容易和微處理器或數(shù)字信號(hào)處理器(DSP)接口,并和1.8V25V和3.3V接口兼容,采用單獨(dú)的邏輯電源.工作溫度40到+125.
