in2ThedevelopmentofbigdataUntilthefinancialcrisisin2008forcetheIBM(multi-nationalcorporationofITindustry)proposingconceptionof“SmartCity”andvigorouslypromoteInternetofThingsandCloudcomputingsothatinformationdatahasbeeninamassivegrowthmeanwhiletheneedforthetechnologyisveryurgent.Underthiscondition,someAmericandataprocessingcompanieshavefocusedondevelopinglarge-scaleconcurrentprocessingsystem,thenthe“BigData”technologybecomeavailablesoonerandHadoopmassdataconcurrentprocessingsystemhasreceivedwideattention.Since2010,ITgiantshaveproposedtheirproductsinbigdataarea.BigcompaniessuchasEMC、HP、IBM、Microsoftallpurchaseothermanufacturerrelatingtobigdatainordertoachievetechnicalintegration[1].Basedonthis,wecanlearnhowimportantthebigdatastrategyis.DevelopmentofbigdatathankstosomebigITcompaniessuchasGoogle、Amazon、Chinamobile、Alibabaandsoon,becausetheyneedaoptimizationwaytostoreandanalysisdata.Besides,therearealsodemandsofhealthsystems、geographicspaceremotesensinganddigitalmedia[2].3ThestatusquoofbigdataNowadaysAmericaisintheleadofbigdatatechnologyandmarketapplication.USAfederalgovernmentannounceda“BigData’sresearchanddevelopment”planinMarch,2012,whichinvolvedsixfederalgovernmentdepartmenttheNationalScienceFoundation,HealthResearchInstitute,DepartmentofEnergy,DepartmentofDefense,Advanced?Research?Projects?AgencyandGeologicalSurveyinordertoimprovetheabilitytoextractinformationandviewpointofbigdata[1].Thus,itcanspeedscienceandengineeringdiscoveryup,anditisamajormovetopushsomeresearchinstitutionsmakinginnovations.Thefederalgovernmentputbigdatadevelopmentintoastrategyplace,whichhasabigimpactoneverycountry.Atpresent,manybigEuropeaninstitutionsisstillattheprimarystagetousebigdataandseriouslylacktechnologyaboutbigdata.MostimprovementsandtechnologyofbigdataarecomefromAmerica.Therefore,therearekindofchallengesofEuropetokeepinstepwiththedevelopmentofbigdata.But,inthefinancialserviceindustryespeciallyinvestmentbankinginLondonisoneoftheearliestindustriesinEurope.TheexperimentandtechnologyofbigdataisasgoodasthegiantinstitutionofAmerica.And,theinvestmentofbigdatahasbeenmaintainedpromisingefforts.January2013,Britishgovernmentannounced1.89millionpoundwillbeinvestedinbigdataandcalculationofenergysavingtechnologyinearthobservationandhealthcare[3].Japanesegovernmenttimelytakesthechallengeofbigdatastrategy.July2013,Japan’scommunicationsministryproposedasynthesizestrategycalled“EnergyICTofJapan”whichfocusedonbigdataapplication.June2013,theabecabinetformallyannouncedthenewITstrategy----“TheannouncementofcreatingthemostadvancedITcountry”.ThisannouncementcomprehensivelyexpoundedthatJapanesenewITnationalstrategyiswiththecoreofdevelopingopeningpublicdataandbigdatain2013to2020[4].BigdatahasalsodrawnattentionofChinagovernment.《Guiding?opinionsoftheStateCouncilonpromoting?thehealthyandorderlydevelopment?ofthe?Internetofthings》promotetoquickenthecoretechnologyincludingsensornetwork、intelligentterminal、bigdataprocessing、intelligentanalysisandserviceintegration.December2012,thenationaldevelopmentandreformcommissionadddataanalysissoftwareintospecialguide,inthebeginningof2013ministryofscienceandtechnologyannouncedthatbigdataresearchisoneofthemostimportantcontentof“973program”[1].Thisprogramrequeststhatweneedtoresearchtheexpression,measureandsemanticunderstandingofmulti-sourceheterogeneousdata,researchmodelingtheoryandcomputationalmodel,promotehardwareandsoftwaresystemarchitecturebyenergyoptimaldistributedstorageandprocessing,analysistherelationshipofcomplexity、calculabilityandtreatmentefficiency[1].Aboveall,wecanprovidetheoryevidenceforsettingupscientificsystemofbigdata.4Thetendencyofbigdata4.1SeethefuturebybigdataInthebeginningof2008,Alibabafoundthatthewholenumberofsellerswereonaslipperyslopebymininganalyzinguser-behaviordatameanwhiletheprocurementtoEuropeandAmericawasalsoglide.Theyaccuratelypredictingthetrendofworldeconomictradeunfoldhalfyearearliersotheyavoidthefinancial[2]yearearlierbyminingandanalysisthedataofstorm,droughtandothernaturaldisaster[3].4.2GreatchangesandbusinessopportunitiesWiththeapprovalofbigdatavalues,giantsofeveryindustryallspendmore[4].moneyinbigdataindustry.ThengreatchangesandbusinessopportunitycomesInhardwareindustry,bigdataarefacingthechallengesofmanage,storageandreal-timeanalysis.Bigdatawillhaveanimportantimpactofchipandstorageindustry,besides,somenewindustrywillbecreatedbecauseofbigdata[4].Insoftwareandservicearea,theurgentdemandoffastdataprocessingwillbringgreatboomtodataminingandbusinessintelligenceindustry.Thehiddenvalueofbigdatacancreatealotofnewcompanies,newproducts,newtechnologyandnewprojects[2].4.3DevelopmentdirectionofbigdataThestoragetechnologyofbigdataisrelationaldatabaseatprimary.Butduetothecanonicaldesign,friendlyquerylanguage,efficientabilitydealingwithonlineaffair,Bigdatadominatethemarketalongterm.However,itsstrictdesignpattern,itensuresconsistencytogiveupfunction,itspoorexpansibilitytheseproblemsareexposedinbigdataanalysis.Then,NoSQLdatastoragemodelandBigtablepropsedbyGooglestarttobeinfashion[5].BigdataanalysistechnologywhichusesMapReducetechnologicalframeproposedbyGoogleisusedtodealwithlargescaleconcurrentbatchtransaction.Usingfilesystemtostoreunstructureddataisnotlostfunctionbutalsowintheexpansilility.Later,therearebigdataanalysisplatformlikeHAVEnproposedbyHPandFusionInsightproposedbyHuawei.Beyonddoubt,thissituationwillbecontinued,newtechnologyandmeasureswillcomeoutsuchasnextgenerationdatawarehouse,Hadoopdistributeandsoon[6].ConclusionThispaperweanalysisthedevelopmentandtendencyofbigdata.Basedonthis,weknowthatthebigdataisstillataprimarystage,therearetoomanyproblemsneedtodealwith.Butthecommercialvalueandmarketvalueofbigdataarethedir
