Asaneffectivemanagementmethod,performancemanagementsystembasedonKPI(keyperformanceindicators)hasbeenwidelyusedintheinsuranceindustry.TheassessmentofemployeeperformanceisoneofthemaintasksofdailymanagementofTaiPingPropertyInsuranceShijiazhuangBranch,whichisoneofthebranchesoftheinsurancecompany.ThispaperaimstoanalyzetheKPIperformancemanagementsystemofTaiPingPropertyInsuranceShijiazhuangBranch,andputforwardoptimizationsuggestionstoimprovethelevelofperformancemanagementofthecompany.
