7主體構(gòu)造有限元模型細(xì)部-鍛件本構(gòu)造在所考慮的各種工況下能夠構(gòu)建統(tǒng)一的力學(xué)模型。約束構(gòu)造給定以下約束:400mm處的截面上,殼程筒體端部和換熱器端部的軸向位移為0;0900y090度截面上,全部x0。80度截面上,全部y090度截面上,全部x09殼程筒體端部和換熱器端部的軸向位移為0應(yīng)力邊界構(gòu)造擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)妮d荷是以下獨(dú)立載荷的組合:〔10〕的殼程壓力;作用于管側(cè)外表〔包括管箱筒體內(nèi)外表、管板及其端部管側(cè)外表、管板上管孔內(nèi)外表,見錯(cuò)誤〕的管程壓力;作用于換熱管內(nèi)徑和外徑的管程壓力和殼程壓力〔見圖12和圖1;Pt S筒體圓環(huán)面積;
1,其中Pt為管程壓力,S為管程側(cè)管板面積,S 為管程側(cè)S1 2S2由于本設(shè)備是高壓低溫臥式換熱器,本次應(yīng)力分析中無視以下載荷:各處金屬的溫度;重力;風(fēng)載荷;地震載荷;介質(zhì)液柱靜壓力。10作用于殼側(cè)外表的殼程壓力11作用于管側(cè)外表的管程壓力12換熱管的外徑受殼程壓力載荷組合
