1,支付條件(Termsofpayment)

(1)Ourusualwayofpaymentisbyconfirmedandirrevocable

letterofcreditavailablebydraftatsightforthefullamountof

thecontractedgoodstobeestablishedinourfavourthrough

abankacceptabletothesellers.

我們的一般付款方式是保兌的、不可撤銷的、以我GS為受

益人的、足額信用證，見(jiàn)票即付。信用證應(yīng)通過(guò)為賣方認(rèn)可

的銀行開(kāi)出。

(2)Forpayment,werequire100%value?confirmedand

irrevocableletterofcreditwithpartialshipmentand

transhipmentallowedclause,availablebydraftat

sight,payableagainstsurrenderingthefullsetofshipping

documentstothenegotiatingbankhere.

我們要求用100%金額的、保兌的、不可撤銷的信用證，并

規(guī)定允許轉(zhuǎn)船和分批裝運(yùn)，憑匯票向議付行交單即期付款。

(3)Theletterofcreditshouldbeestablishedwithitsclauses

inconfirmationwiththetermsandconditionsofthecontract.

信用證所開(kāi)條款，必須與合約條款相符。

(4)WeusuallyacceptpaymentbyL/CatsightdraftorbyT/T

inadvance,butneverbyC.O.D.

通常我們接受即期信用證付款或電匯。我們從不接受貨到付

款的辦法。

2.催開(kāi)信用證(PressingforL/C)

(1)AsthegoodsagainstyourorderNo.l11havebeenready

forshipmentforquitesometime,itisimperativethatyoutake

immediateactiontohavethecoveringcreditestablishedas

soonaspossible.

由于貴方定單第111號(hào)之貨己備待運(yùn)有相當(dāng)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間了，貴方

必須立即行動(dòng)儒快開(kāi)出信用證。

(2)Werepeatedlyrequestedyoubyfaxestoexpeditethe

openingoftherelativeletterofcreditsothatwemighteffect

shipmentfortheabovementionedorder,butafterthelapseof

3months,wehavenotyetreceivedthecoveringL/C.

我們己經(jīng)多次傳真要求貴方從速開(kāi)來(lái)有關(guān)信用證，以使我們

裝運(yùn)上述定單之貨。但是三個(gè)月過(guò)去了，仍未收到有關(guān)信用

證。

(3)Wehopethatyouwilltakecommercialreputationinto

accountinallseriousnessandopenL/Catonce,otherwiseyou

willberesponsibleforallthelossesarisingtherefrom.

希望貴方認(rèn)真考慮商業(yè)信譽(yù)，立即開(kāi)證，否則，由此產(chǎn)生的

一切損失均由貴方負(fù)責(zé)。

(4)Theshipmenttimeforyourorderisapproaching,butwe

havenotyetreceivedthecoveringL/C.Plsdoyourutmostto

expeditethesametoreachherebeforetheendofthismonth

sothatshipmentmaybeeffectedwithoutdealy.

貴方定單的裝船期已經(jīng)臨近，但我們尚未收入到有關(guān)信用

證，請(qǐng)盡最大努力從速將信用證在本月底開(kāi)到，以便及時(shí)裝

3.修改信用證(AmendmenttoL/C)

(l)PlsamendtheforegoingL/Ctoreadpiecelengthin30

yardsinsteadof40yards.

請(qǐng)把上述信用證條款中匹長(zhǎng)40碼改為30碼。

(2)Wewoulddrawyourattentiontothefactthatthe

constructionofourArt.No.3100Sis32X3278X65whereas

yourcreditcallsfor30X3078X65.Therefor,youarerequested

toamendthecreditaccordingtothestipulationofthecontract.

我們提請(qǐng)貴方注意，我方坯布的規(guī)格為32X3278X65,而貴

方信用證卻規(guī)定30X3078X65,故請(qǐng)按照合約規(guī)定修改信用

證。

(3)PlsextendtheshipmentdateandthevalidityofyourL/C

No.l11totheendofJan.andFeb.15,2006respectively,and

seetoitthattheamendmentadivcewillreachusbeforethe

endofDec.2005.

請(qǐng)將信用證111號(hào)的裝運(yùn)船和議付期分別展延至2006年1

月底及2月15日，并請(qǐng)注意把修改書(shū)于2005年12月底前

寄達(dá)我們這里。

(4)WehavereceivedyourL/CNo.l11coveringtheabove-

mentionedcontract.Butoncheckingupitsclauses,wefindthat

itcallsforshipmenttobeeffectednotlatterthan
