(1)在充分理解施工設(shè)計(jì)圖紙及認(rèn)真調(diào)查、分析現(xiàn)場的根底上采納經(jīng)有關(guān)專家論證
的先進(jìn)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、可行的施工方案。
(2)施工區(qū)段合理劃分,施工進(jìn)度支配均衡、高效;滿足業(yè)主對總工期的要求和階
段性工期的要求。
(3)嚴(yán)格貫徹“平安第一、預(yù)防為主、綜合治理〃的原那么,確保工程質(zhì)量、施工
工期、施工平安,全面兌現(xiàn)合同承諾。
(4)確保施工工藝與施工標(biāo)注、設(shè)計(jì)要求相符,并到達(dá)完善。
(5)到達(dá)文明施工、愛護(hù)環(huán)境及文物、古樹愛護(hù)要求。施工全過程對環(huán)境破壞最小、
占用場地最少,并有周密的環(huán)境愛護(hù)措施。
(6)優(yōu)化施工技術(shù)方案,推廣應(yīng)用“四新〃成果,加強(qiáng)科技創(chuàng)新和技術(shù)攻關(guān),確保
工程全面創(chuàng)優(yōu)。

無錫地鐵4號線一期工程土建施工08標(biāo)商務(wù)中心站深基坑工程。
2.工程概況
2.1設(shè)計(jì)概況
本標(biāo)段為“無錫地鐵4號線一期工程土建施工〃的第08標(biāo)段,標(biāo)段共2站2區(qū)間
+出入段線,2站為商務(wù)中心站、貢湖大道站;2區(qū)間為吳都路站(不含)?商務(wù)中心
站(含)?貢湖大道站(含)兩個(gè)盾構(gòu)區(qū)間;出入段線為具區(qū)路出入段線工程。
商務(wù)中心站為無錫地鐵4號線一期工程第17座車站,為地下二層單柱島式站臺
車站(有效站臺中心里程DK23+613.646),位于豐潤道與震澤路交叉口東側(cè)。設(shè)計(jì)
起終里程為左DK23+539.243(右DK23+539.245)?DK23+721.346(右
DK23+721.346),車站外包尺寸全長182.1m,主體建筑總面積7448m附屬建筑總
面積3584m2。盾構(gòu)井段基坑深約17.61m,基坑寬23.80m;車站主體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)段基坑深約
15.91m,基坑寬約19.7m。
車站采納明挖法施工,主體圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)為800mm地下連續(xù)墻+內(nèi)支撐(第一道支撐
采納混凝土支撐,支撐斷面為700x900mm;第二道支撐端頭井段采納鋼筋混凝土支
撐,支撐截面均為700x900mm;標(biāo)準(zhǔn)段采納0800,t=16mm的鋼支撐;第三道支撐采
納0609,t=16mm的鋼支撐);本站共設(shè)置4個(gè)出入口、2組風(fēng)亭、1個(gè)消防疏散口,
圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)為SMW工法樁+內(nèi)支撐。基坑平安等級為一級。
該站分兩期施工:第一期交通疏解將震澤路交通向北側(cè)翻交,供機(jī)動車雙向4車
道及人非2車道通行,本期笫一階段分為兩個(gè)作業(yè)面施工車站主體結(jié)構(gòu)局部,笫二階
段施工南側(cè)附屬結(jié)構(gòu)及內(nèi)部二次結(jié)構(gòu);第二期交通疏解將交通復(fù)原至車站主體結(jié)構(gòu)上
方,震澤路交通復(fù)原為雙向6左道(機(jī)動車道)+雙向2個(gè)人非車道,分為兩個(gè)作業(yè)
面同時(shí)施工北側(cè)出入口等附屬工程及車站剩余內(nèi)部二次結(jié)構(gòu)等。
商務(wù)中心站東西端頭受污水主管影響,需在污水管遷改后進(jìn)行清障處理,清障采
納拉森鋼板樁+3道鋼支撐的支護(hù)形式。
小里程端均為盾構(gòu)始發(fā),大里程端均為盾構(gòu)二次始發(fā)。

2.2自然條件
商務(wù)中心站沿震澤路布置,震澤路南北兩側(cè)均為空地或草二平。勘察區(qū)地形相對較
平整,地面標(biāo)高3.3?3.8m,場地范圍內(nèi)未見歷史文物古跡。據(jù)第四紀(jì)積累物成因、
發(fā)育程度,結(jié)合本次勘察揭露并參考無錫市地貌分區(qū)略圖,擬建場地屬沖湖積平原區(qū)
地貌。

工程地質(zhì)
本次勘察所揭露的垂深65m范圍內(nèi)地層為第四系全新統(tǒng)、上更新統(tǒng)沖湖積相沉積
物、中更新統(tǒng)濱海河湖相沉積物。在勘察深度范圍內(nèi)地基土按成因類型、巖性特征可
劃分成10個(gè)主要層次〔17個(gè)亞層〕,由新至老分述如F:
①1雜填土:雜色,松散,現(xiàn)代人工積累,以碎磚、瓦片、灰渣等建筑垃圾及黏
性土混雜組成。分布范圍及厚度改變?nèi)狈σ?guī)律。本次勘察揭示厚度0.4?3.4m,平均
厚度1.70m;層底標(biāo)高0.35?3.38m,平均標(biāo)高1.92m。主要為道路路基填土,密實(shí)度
較好,強(qiáng)度較高。
②1粉質(zhì)黏土夾淤泥質(zhì)粉質(zhì)黏土(Q4hl):灰黑色,軟塑狀,可見腐爛植物殘?bào)w,
具腐臭味,僅見于SWZX-Z5孔。層厚1.5m,層底標(biāo)高-0.69m。
③1粉質(zhì)黏土層:灰黃色、黃褐色,硬塑?可塑,含鐵鎰質(zhì)結(jié)核,局部夾青灰色
條紋??辈靺^(qū)普遍分布,層厚1.5?5.7m,平均厚度4.03m;層底標(biāo)高-3.82?-1.02m,
平均標(biāo)高-2.15m。
③2粉質(zhì)黏土夾黏質(zhì)粉土層:灰黃色、青灰色,可塑為主,局部硬塑。含氧化鐵
斑點(diǎn)及少量鐵鎰質(zhì)結(jié)核,下部夾薄層粉土,勘察區(qū)普遍分布,層厚2.0?4.4m,平均
厚度3.22m;層底標(biāo)高639?-4.25m,平均標(biāo)高-5.37m。
@1黏質(zhì)粉土層:灰色,稍密?中密,局部密實(shí)狀,很濕■飽和狀。含石英、長石、
云母等礦物。勘察區(qū)普遍分布,層厚3.3?5.4m,平均厚度4.29m;層底標(biāo)高?10.47?
-8.85m,平均標(biāo)高?9.65m。
⑤1粉質(zhì)黏土層:灰色,軟塑為主,局部加少量粉土及有機(jī)質(zhì)??辈靺^(qū)普遍分布,
層厚1.0?2.7m,平均厚度1.72m,層底標(biāo)高?12.44?/0.65m,平均標(biāo)高
⑥1黏土:灰黃色、黃褐色,硬塑??辈靺^(qū)普遍分布,層厚10.5?13.2m,平均厚

⑥2粉質(zhì)黏土層:灰黃色,局部青灰色,可塑為主,局部軟塑狀,含氧化鐵斑點(diǎn)
