RentalAgreementThisRentalAgreement(the"Agreement")ismadeandenteredintoasof[date]byandbetweenthefollowingparties:Landlord:Name:[Landlord'sfullname]Address:[Landlord'saddress]ContactInformation:[Phonenumber/email]Tenant:Name:[Tenant'sfullname]Address:[Tenant'saddress](ifdifferentfromrentaladdress)ContactInformation:[Phonenumber/email]1.PremisesTheLandlordherebyleasestotheTenant,andtheTenantherebyleasesfromtheLandlord,thepremiseslocatedat[rentalpropertyaddress](the"Premises"),togetherwithallappurtenancesandfixturesattachedthereto.2.TermThetermofthislease(the"Term")shallcommenceon[startdate]andshallterminateon[enddate].3.RentTheTenantshallpaytotheLandlordamonthlyrentof[amountincurrency](the"Rent").TheRentshallbepayableinadvanceonthe[duedate]ofeachmonth.TheTenantshallpaytheRentby[paymentmethod,e.g.,banktransfer,check].4.SecurityDepositTheTenantshalldepositwiththeLandlord,uponexecutionofthisAgreement,asecuritydepositintheamountof[amountincurrency](the"SecurityDeposit").TheSecurityDepositshallbeheldbytheLandlordassecurityfortheTenant'sfaithfulperformanceofalloftheTenant'sobligationsunderthisAgreement.AttheexpirationoftheTerm,andprovidedthattheTenanthasfullycompliedwithallofitsobligationshereunder,theLandlordshallreturntheSecurityDeposittotheTenantwithin[numberofdays]days,withoutinterest.5.UseofPremisesThePremisesshallbeusedsolelyasaprivatedwellingfortheTenantandtheTenant'simmediatefamilymembers.TheTenantshallnotusethePremisesforanycommercialorbusinesspurposeswithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.6.MaintenanceandRepairs-TheTenantshallkeepthePremisesclean,safe,andingoodorder.TheTenantshallberesponsibleforallminorrepairsandmaintenance,includingbutnotlimitedtochanginglightbulbs,uncloggingdrains,etc.-TheLandlordshallberesponsibleformajorstructuralrepairsandmaintenanceofthePremises,providedthattheTenantgivestheLandlordpromptnoticeofanysuchissues.7.UtilitiesTheTenantshallberesponsibleforpayingallutilities(includingbutnotlimitedtoelectricity,water,gas,andtelephone)consumedduringtheTermatthePremises.8.AlterationsandImprovementsTheTenantshallnotmakeanyalterations,improvements,oradditionstothePremiseswithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.IftheLandlordconsentstoanysuchalterations,improvements,oradditions,theTenantshallbearallcostsassociatedtherewith.9.InsuranceTheTenantshallobtainandmaintainduringtheTermarenter'sinsurancepolicythatprovidescoverageforpersonalproperty,liability,andotherrisksassociatedwiththeoccupancyofthePremises.10.SublettingandAssignmentTheTenantshallnotsubletthePremisesorassignthisAgreementwithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.11.DefaultandRemediesIftheTenantfailstopaytheRentoranyothersumduehereunder,orfailstoperformanyofitsotherobligationsunderthisAgreement,theLandlordmay,aftergivingtheTenantwrittennoticeofthedefault,terminatethisAgreementandrecoverpossessionofthePremises.Intheeventofdefault,theTenantshallbeliableforalldamagessufferedbytheLandlordasaresultoftheTenant'sdefault.12.GoverningLawThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[state/country].13.EntireAgreementThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartieswithrespecttothesubjectmatterhereofandsupersedesallprioragreementsandunderstandings,oralorwritten,relatingtothesame.Inwitnesswhereof,thepartiesha
