每年我都能學(xué)到很多。現(xiàn)在回頭看看我年的總結(jié)，我學(xué)到的最重要的一課是

財務(wù)處在過去一年中認真履行監(jiān)督管理職能，積吸參與醫(yī)院管理，全處人員同

心協(xié)力，按照醫(yī)院整體部署和財務(wù)處年初既定工作計劃，通過緊張細致的工

作，圓滿完成了2019年度工作計劃，在財務(wù)核算、經(jīng)濟管理和物價管理，以及

迎接“三甲”復(fù)審準備工作等各方面達到了預(yù)期的成果。定期向醫(yī)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)報送

醫(yī)院收支情況及財務(wù)分析報告，使醫(yī)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能夠準確把握醫(yī)院經(jīng)營狀況，在調(diào)

整工作方向和工作策略上有可靠的數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)。

一、把握經(jīng)營狀況，準確反映醫(yī)院運營成果

2019年醫(yī)院實現(xiàn)總收入_x萬元，其中實現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)收_x萬元，同比增加_x萬

元，增長完成預(yù)算的其中：醫(yī)療收一萬元，藥品收入一萬元，其他

三、履行監(jiān)督和控制職能，嚴格把關(guān)成本支出

財務(wù)處圍繞醫(yī)院節(jié)約增效、創(chuàng)節(jié)約型醫(yī)院這個長期目標，嚴格控制經(jīng)營成本，

始終把控制成本支出做為一項重要工作來抓。醫(yī)院實行招標采購，降低衛(wèi)生材

料和后勤物資采購成本，監(jiān)督管理衛(wèi)材和物資的領(lǐng)用以及庫存數(shù)量、額度，限

度降低庫存物資成本。在人員經(jīng)費支出不斷增加的情況下，控制變動成本支
