每年我都能學(xué)到很多。現(xiàn)在回頭看看我年的總結(jié),我學(xué)到的最重要的一課是

“我們對生活環(huán)境的反應(yīng)是一種選擇”,取決于我們?nèi)绾谓鉀Q遇到的情況。這

種感悟是在我的工作經(jīng)歷了一段高度緊張的階段之后得出的。其實那時候我是

個很積極向上的人,但是當時的情況完全不在我的掌控下,讓我也變得消極

作,圓滿完成了2019年度工作計劃,在財務(wù)核算、經(jīng)濟管理和物價管理,以及

迎接“三甲”復(fù)審準備工作等各方面達到了預(yù)期的成果。定期向醫(yī)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)報送

醫(yī)院收支情況及財務(wù)分析報告,使醫(yī)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能夠準確把握醫(yī)院經(jīng)營狀況,在調(diào)

整工作方向和工作策略上有可靠的數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)。

一、把握經(jīng)營狀況,準確反映醫(yī)院運營成果

2019年醫(yī)院實現(xiàn)總收入_x萬元,其中實現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)收_x萬元,同比增加_x萬

元,增長完成預(yù)算的其中:醫(yī)療收一萬元,藥品收入一萬元,其他

財務(wù)處在去年進行的資產(chǎn)清查基礎(chǔ)上,按新會計制度要求調(diào)整賬務(wù),嚴格劃分

固定資產(chǎn)和低值易耗品界線,核準全院資產(chǎn)總額,并按年初開始執(zhí)行的新會計

制度對在使用年限內(nèi)的固定資產(chǎn)計提折舊,真實反映醫(yī)院實際資產(chǎn)情況,同時

將有賬無物、損毀無法使用、過期、淘汰的資產(chǎn)申請有關(guān)部門報廢。目前已對

X輛汽車及X萬元以下的報廢資產(chǎn)完成了報廢處理,共計價值_x萬元。通過醫(yī)

院財務(wù)制度和會計制度改革,更加科學(xué)、合理地管理醫(yī)院資產(chǎn),同時能夠更準

確的對醫(yī)院運營成本進行核算。

醫(yī)院職工食堂和患者食堂外包前,財務(wù)處對其固定資產(chǎn)進行了徹底清查,保證

醫(yī)院資產(chǎn)不受損失,兼顧醫(yī)院和承包人利益,使外包行為在平等互利條件下完

成。
