通知是一種使用范圍很廣的應(yīng)用文。通知一般分為口

頭通知和書面通知兩種。書面通知的語言簡潔明了，要求明確。

口頭通知使用的語言具有明顯的口語特征，通俗易懂。通知的

內(nèi)容一般包括：標(biāo)題、日期、稱呼語、正文和落款。通知的正

書面表達(dá)之通知>10年10考上方通常要有一個標(biāo)感，口頭通知常用Announcement,書面

通知多用Notice.書面通知還需要在最后一行寫下日期，要低

于落款。通知的正文一般包括被通知的對象、事由、時間、地

點(diǎn)等“口頭通知一般不用落款.書面通知需要落款.寫出發(fā)通

知的人或單位名稱，落款一般寫在通知的右下角。

Where：如果通知是關(guān)丁事件的，則必須清楚地寫出該事件的地點(diǎn)。地點(diǎn)是重要的細(xì)節(jié)，因此請務(wù)必將其包

含在通知中。

When：這是活動或會議的時間和口期。如果可能的話，還應(yīng)該提及活動的持續(xù)時間，以便入門可以相應(yīng)地

安排他們的時間。

Who：這將是通知的收件人,應(yīng)明確提及誰應(yīng)該遵守該通知，以避免混淆。

Whom：最后的細(xì)節(jié)應(yīng)該是聯(lián)系誰。這提到了相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)該聯(lián)系誰。
