Party a has the obligations to provide the necessary conditions of work forParty Bs security personnel;2、提供必要的保安措施；2. Provide the necessary security measures; 3、 向乙方按期支付保安費(fèi)的義務(wù)。3. Obli

10、gations to pay Party B for security costs on time.第六條：乙方的權(quán)利和義務(wù) : Rights and obligations of Party B（一） 權(quán)利（1）Rights1、擁有依甲方委托管理其單位的治安的權(quán)利；1. Has the security management right entrusted by Party A on the site; 2、 擁有取得報(bào)酬的權(quán)利；2. Have the right to get remuneration;3、擁有要求甲方協(xié)助完成其保安管理的權(quán)利。3. Have a right to requ

11、ire that Party A to cooperate for its security managementduty.（二）義務(wù)（2）Obligations1、乙方指派名保安員負(fù)責(zé)甲方的安全護(hù)衛(wèi)任務(wù)，其中必須有2 名保安員具有消防控制室上崗資格，取得上崗證的培訓(xùn)費(fèi)用由甲方承擔(dān)，但取得上崗證的保安人員必須在甲方工作滿一年，否則，甲方有權(quán)從應(yīng)付的保安費(fèi)用中扣回相應(yīng)的培訓(xùn)費(fèi)支出；1. Party B shall assigned security guards in charge of Party A safe guarding task, which must have 2 security

12、 guards with fire-fighting control room qualification, the training costs of the certificate borne by the Party A, but thecertificated security personnel must be work for Party a for full year, otherwise, Party A is entitled to deduct the training expenditure from the security costs;2、 乙方保安員應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按甲方委托

13、事項(xiàng)完成規(guī)定的工作任務(wù)，確保甲方正常的工作生活秩序。正確使用各種保安設(shè)施、設(shè)備。履行崗位職責(zé)要求，并遵守甲方符合法律規(guī)定和各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度和保安職業(yè)道德守則。2. 14、ements, and to abide PartyAs provisions, regulations and code of professional ethics for security in conformity with the laws.3、 發(fā)生在執(zhí)勤區(qū)域內(nèi)的刑事案件、治安案件和治安災(zāi)害事故，及時(shí)處理并報(bào)告甲方和當(dāng)?shù)毓矙C(jī)關(guān)，采取措施保護(hù)發(fā)案現(xiàn)場，協(xié)助公安機(jī)關(guān)偵查各類治安刑事案件，依法妥善處理責(zé)任范圍內(nèi)的其他突發(fā)事件。3. Strengthening job training, supervision and management on security guards, ensure high quality and efficiency of the security services.第七條 ：保安工作設(shè)施及服裝的配備 : Security facility and uniforms（一）甲方在合同有效期內(nèi)為乙方提供辦公場所及更衣柜等；（ 1）Party A shall provide Party B with office space and dressin

Terminated by consensus of both Parties 2、 合同期滿；2. Contract expired3、

20、一方嚴(yán)重違約，使合同無法履行；3. Serious breach of a party, unable to fulfill the contract;4、因不可抗力使合同無法繼續(xù)履行的。4. 21、違約責(zé)任 : Breaching（一）甲方應(yīng)嚴(yán)格履行合同的規(guī)定，不得擅自解除合同，如因甲方擅自解除合同給乙方造成損失的，甲方應(yīng)予以賠償。（1）Party A shall strictly fulfill the contract conditions, shall not terminate the contract without Party Bs consensus,if the loss due to rescind the contract without consensus to Party B occurred, Party A shall be compensated.（二）乙方
