Show different kinds of pictures in 1a to teach the new words like birthday party, basketball game, school trip, etc. and try to match the pictures with the activities.3. While presenting and teach

Tell the students they are going to listen to a conversation about the pictures. Let them listen carefully and circle the events they hear.2. Play t

9、he recording, ask students to listen and circle what they hear.3. Check the answers.4. Point to the calendar showing the September and October dates in 1c. Let students listen carefully to the recording again and write the name of each event in the correct place on the calendar as the example shows in the calendar.5. Play the recording again.
