1、 摘 要本建筑為銀行辦公樓,一、二層為營(yíng)業(yè)大廳、門(mén)廳等大空間房間,三至六層為辦公室。設(shè)計(jì)的任務(wù)是完成該建筑的通風(fēng)空調(diào)設(shè)計(jì)。銀行辦公樓屬于民用建筑,宜用舒適性空調(diào)系統(tǒng),即為室人員創(chuàng)造舒適健康環(huán)境的空調(diào)系統(tǒng)。該設(shè)計(jì)就是要完成對(duì)辦公樓夏季室的供冷,以與防火排煙和消聲減震的設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)的容主要有:(1)空調(diào)冷負(fù)荷和濕負(fù)荷的計(jì)算。計(jì)算的方法采用的是諧波反應(yīng)法。(2)夏季空調(diào)過(guò)程的設(shè)計(jì),包括送風(fēng)狀態(tài)確定,送風(fēng)量計(jì)算,新風(fēng)量計(jì)算,回風(fēng)量計(jì)算和冷量計(jì)算。(3)空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的劃分和方案確定,由于該辦公樓一、二層為大廳和門(mén)廳等宜采用全空氣系統(tǒng),即全部用空氣承擔(dān)室的冷負(fù)荷、熱負(fù)荷;三至六層為辦公樓,宜優(yōu)先采用調(diào)節(jié)方便的半
2、集中式空調(diào)系統(tǒng),即對(duì)室空氣處理的設(shè)備分設(shè)在各個(gè)被調(diào)節(jié)和控制的房間,而又將新風(fēng)集中在新風(fēng)機(jī)房進(jìn)行處理。(4)空調(diào)制冷設(shè)備選型,包括風(fēng)機(jī)盤(pán)管,全空氣機(jī)組和新風(fēng)機(jī)組的選型。(5)氣流組織設(shè)計(jì),包括送風(fēng)氣流組織設(shè)計(jì),回風(fēng)口設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。(6)風(fēng)管水管的水力計(jì)算,確定風(fēng)管的斷面尺寸和水管的管徑。(7)防火排煙設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)置防火閥,防火防煙閥。(8)消聲減震,分析噪聲的來(lái)源,確定噪聲量的來(lái)源,并選擇消聲器。通過(guò)該設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)銀行辦公樓夏季供冷和通風(fēng)的需求,創(chuàng)造了一個(gè)有利于健康的,適于人類(lèi)工作和生活的部空間環(huán)境。關(guān)鍵詞:通風(fēng)空調(diào); 舒適; 供冷;防火排煙; 消聲減震AbstractThis building for

10、nditioning; Comfortable; Cooling; Fire smoke; Silencing damping引 言展望21世紀(jì)空調(diào)技術(shù)的發(fā)展“節(jié)約能源,保護(hù)環(huán)境和獲取趨于自然條件的舒適健康環(huán)境”必將是空調(diào)技術(shù)發(fā)展的總目標(biāo)1。從某種意義上來(lái)說(shuō),現(xiàn)代空調(diào)的發(fā)展既是節(jié)能技術(shù)、空調(diào)技術(shù)的發(fā)展過(guò)程,又是一個(gè)控制不斷加強(qiáng)、精確、深化的過(guò)程。現(xiàn)代空調(diào)有兩個(gè)發(fā)展方向,一是走可持續(xù)發(fā)展之路,二是充分利用信息技術(shù)和自動(dòng)控制技術(shù)1。通風(fēng)與空氣調(diào)節(jié)的目的是為了保持室良好的空氣環(huán)境,提供足夠量的新鮮空氣以保證室具有適宜的舒適環(huán)境和良好的空氣品質(zhì)??照{(diào)的實(shí)質(zhì)就是通過(guò)一定的技術(shù)手段對(duì)特定空間空氣的品質(zhì)進(jìn)行
11、調(diào)節(jié),維持室空氣具有一定的狀態(tài)參數(shù)??諝庹{(diào)節(jié)的核心任務(wù)就是在任何自然環(huán)境下,將空氣處理到所需要求的送風(fēng)狀態(tài),然后送入空調(diào)區(qū)以滿(mǎn)足人體舒適標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或室熱濕標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求與工藝對(duì)室溫度、濕度、潔凈度等的要求??諝庹{(diào)節(jié)技術(shù)在舒適性空調(diào)方面的應(yīng)用主要是服務(wù)于民用建筑的空調(diào),舒適性空調(diào)雖然較工業(yè)空調(diào)起步晚,但近些年來(lái),發(fā)展快、起點(diǎn)高且應(yīng)用圍廣。在辦公樓、商業(yè)建筑、旅游建筑、科教文衛(wèi)建筑、通信建筑以與居住建筑等方面都有廣泛的應(yīng)用。空氣調(diào)節(jié)對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)各部門(mén)的發(fā)展和對(duì)人民物質(zhì)生活水品的提高有著重要的作用,而且對(duì)提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率,保護(hù)人體健康,創(chuàng)造舒適的工作和生活環(huán)境有重要意義。由此可見(jiàn),空氣調(diào)節(jié)技術(shù)的發(fā)展不僅要在能源利用
12、,能量的節(jié)約和回收改進(jìn)能量轉(zhuǎn)換和傳遞設(shè)備的性能,提高系統(tǒng)能量的綜合利用效果和尋求合理的運(yùn)行規(guī)律等方面繼續(xù)研究和開(kāi)發(fā),而且要在更廣泛的圍研究創(chuàng)造有利于健康的適于人工作的生活環(huán)境2。實(shí)踐證明,空氣調(diào)節(jié)不是一種奢侈的手段,而是現(xiàn)代化生產(chǎn)和社會(huì)生活中不可缺少的保證條件,因此,可以概括的說(shuō),現(xiàn)代化生產(chǎn)需要空氣調(diào)節(jié),空氣調(diào)節(jié)技術(shù)的發(fā)展與提高則依賴(lài)于現(xiàn)代化。當(dāng)前,對(duì)空氣調(diào)節(jié)的廣泛應(yīng)用也提出了挑戰(zhàn),主要表現(xiàn)在全球變暖和大氣臭氧層遭受破壞這樣兩個(gè)全球性問(wèn)題,以與部空間的空氣質(zhì)量問(wèn)題。因此,空氣調(diào)節(jié)技術(shù)的發(fā)展在制冷技術(shù)領(lǐng)域,尋求過(guò)渡性或永久性對(duì)大氣臭氧層破壞性極大的氟利昂12、氟利昂11的潛化物已迫在眉睫。此外,
13、創(chuàng)造有利于健康,適于人類(lèi)工作和生活的部空間環(huán)境,還需要進(jìn)一步研究。就空氣調(diào)節(jié)而言,今后研究和發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)有以下四個(gè)方面2:(1)能源的合理利用。一方面要不斷提高空調(diào)產(chǎn)品的性能,降低能源消耗,同時(shí),要促進(jìn)利用余熱,自然能源和可再造能源的產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)和應(yīng)用。(2)室空氣品質(zhì)的改善。隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展和人民生活質(zhì)量的不斷提高,改善人居環(huán)境水平成為當(dāng)今社會(huì)關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。(3)加強(qiáng)信息技術(shù)和自動(dòng)控制技術(shù)在空調(diào)行業(yè)的應(yīng)用。信息技術(shù)與現(xiàn)代自動(dòng)控制技術(shù)相結(jié)合,已經(jīng)或正在給空調(diào)技術(shù)的發(fā)展帶來(lái)新的活力。(4)加強(qiáng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè)。我國(guó)制定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)必須符合國(guó)情,同時(shí)要有利于提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和促進(jìn)國(guó)際貿(mào)易以與保護(hù)國(guó)家利益。因
14、此,將室空氣熱濕環(huán)境控制技術(shù),空氣潔凈控制技術(shù)和計(jì)算機(jī)控制技術(shù)三者結(jié)合,促使舒適空調(diào)邁向健康空調(diào)應(yīng)是今后空調(diào)發(fā)展的方向。1工程概況 本建筑為銀行辦公樓,占地面積為2500 m2,主體建筑高度為28.2m,該建筑共六層,一、二層為營(yíng)業(yè)大廳、門(mén)廳等,樓樓層高為4.5 m,三層為辦公樓、計(jì)算機(jī)房,層高為4.2 m,四至六層為辦公室,層高為3.6 m。2設(shè)計(jì)資料 2.1土建資料該建筑的屋頂構(gòu)造從上到下依次為(1)預(yù)制細(xì)石混凝土板25 mm,表面噴白色水泥漿;(2)通風(fēng)層20 mm;(3)卷材防水層;(4)水泥砂漿找平層20 mm(5)保濕層瀝青膨脹珍珠巖125 mm;(6)隔汽層;(7)現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土
15、板70 mm;(8)粉刷。屬于型,傳熱系數(shù)K=0.48W/(m2K)。外墻構(gòu)造從到外為(1)水泥砂漿;(2)磚墻;(3)白灰粉刷。屬于型,傳熱系數(shù)K=1.5W/(m2K)。窗的構(gòu)造為雙層窗,3 mm厚普通玻璃,金屬窗框,80%玻璃,白色簾。一、二層門(mén)高為2.5m,玻璃幕墻高為4.5m,普通玻璃為2.4m,三至六層們高為2.2m,窗高2m。2.2氣象資料該設(shè)計(jì)地區(qū)為市,室外氣象條件為:北緯39°48,東經(jīng)116°28,海拔31.2 m,大氣壓力夏季為998.6 hPa;冬季為1020.4 hPa。室外空氣計(jì)算溫度參數(shù):夏季空調(diào)室外計(jì)算干球溫度33.2,空調(diào)室外計(jì)算濕球溫度26
16、.4。冬季室外計(jì)算干球溫度為-12。空調(diào)室計(jì)算參數(shù):夏季室空氣干球溫度為26,室空氣相對(duì)濕度65%。2.3能源資料采暖:以熱水作為熱煤,熱煤供水溫度為95,回水溫度為70??照{(diào):冷凍水由統(tǒng)一的冷凍機(jī)房提供,冷凍水供水溫度為7,回水溫度為12。熱媒為三個(gè)表壓的高壓蒸汽,由集中鍋爐房供給。2.4工藝資料空調(diào)設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)行時(shí)間為10小時(shí),人員工作時(shí)間為8:0018:00,共10小時(shí)工作時(shí)間,室壓力稍高于大氣壓力,室照明為熒光燈照明30Wm2,開(kāi)燈時(shí)間為8:0018:00。3空調(diào)冷負(fù)荷和濕負(fù)荷計(jì)算3.1外墻和屋頂冷負(fù)荷在日射和室外氣溫綜合作用下,外墻和屋面的逐時(shí)冷負(fù)荷可按下式計(jì)算: (3-1)式中 Qc()

23、得熱引起的冷負(fù)荷,列于表4中。表4 北外窗日射得熱冷負(fù)荷3.3設(shè)備冷負(fù)荷設(shè)備和用具顯熱形成的冷負(fù)荷按下式計(jì)算:(3-4)式中 Qc()設(shè)備和用具顯熱形成的冷負(fù)荷,W;Qs設(shè)備和用具的實(shí)際顯熱散熱量,W; CLQ設(shè)備和用具顯熱散熱冷負(fù)荷系數(shù)。室設(shè)備為電腦,電腦每臺(tái)散熱量為150W,405室的設(shè)備散熱量1500W。3.4照明冷負(fù)荷當(dāng)電壓一定時(shí),室室照明散熱量是不隨時(shí)間變化的穩(wěn)定散熱量,但是照明散熱仍以對(duì)流與輻射兩種方式進(jìn)行散熱,因此,照明散熱形成的冷負(fù)荷計(jì)算仍采用相應(yīng)的冷負(fù)荷系數(shù)。該辦公樓采用熒關(guān)燈明裝,其逐時(shí)冷負(fù)荷計(jì)算公式為:(3-5)式中 Qc()燈具散熱形成的逐時(shí)冷負(fù)荷,W;N照明燈具所需功
24、率,kW;n1鎮(zhèn)流器消耗功率系數(shù),鎮(zhèn)流器安裝在辦公室,故鎮(zhèn)流器消耗功率系數(shù)取n1=1.2。燈罩隔熱系數(shù)取n2=0.6;n2燈罩隔熱系數(shù),燈罩隔熱系數(shù)取n2=1;CLQ照明散熱冷負(fù)荷系數(shù),計(jì)算時(shí)應(yīng)注意其值為從開(kāi)燈時(shí)刻算起 到計(jì)算時(shí)刻的時(shí)間,可由文獻(xiàn)3的附錄2-22查得。以405房間為例,由于該辦公室為明裝熒光燈,鎮(zhèn)流器安裝在辦公室,故鎮(zhèn)流器消耗功率系數(shù)取n1=1.2,燈罩隔熱系數(shù)取n2=1,由附錄2-22查得照明散熱冷負(fù)荷系數(shù),按公式 (3-5),將其結(jié)果列入表5中。表5 照明散熱形成的冷負(fù)荷時(shí)間8:009:0010:0011:0012:0013:0014:00150016:0017:0018:

26、LQ人體顯熱散熱冷負(fù)荷系數(shù),計(jì)算時(shí)應(yīng)注意其值為從人員進(jìn)入 房間時(shí)算起到計(jì)算時(shí)刻的時(shí)間。 人體潛熱散熱形成的冷負(fù)荷計(jì)算公式為: (3-7)式中 Qc人體潛熱散熱形成的冷負(fù)荷,W;q1不同室溫和勞動(dòng)性質(zhì)成年男子潛熱散熱量,W;n室全部人數(shù);群集系數(shù)。以405房間為例,辦公室為輕級(jí)勞動(dòng),由文獻(xiàn)3的附錄2-13查得,當(dāng)室溫為26,每人散發(fā)的顯熱和潛熱量為61W應(yīng)注意其值和73W,由附錄2-12查得群集系數(shù)=1,由附錄2-23查得人體顯熱散熱冷負(fù)荷系數(shù)逐時(shí)值。按式(3-6)、(3-7)計(jì)算人體顯熱和潛熱冷負(fù)荷,將其結(jié)果列于表6中。表6 人體散熱引起的冷負(fù)荷時(shí)間8:009:0010:00110012:00

28、化的穩(wěn)定傳熱 ,可按下式計(jì)算: (3-8)式中 Qc()圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)冷負(fù)荷,W;Ki圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的傳熱系數(shù),W/(m2·K);Ai圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的面積,m2;to,m夏季室外計(jì)算日平均溫度,;td附加溫升。按式(3-8)計(jì)算405室的墻負(fù)荷為Qc()=145.8W。3.7室濕負(fù)荷人體散濕量可按下式計(jì)算:(3-9)(3-9)式中 mw人體散濕量,Kg/s; g成年男子的小時(shí)散熱量,g/h;n室全部人數(shù);群集系數(shù)。 按式(3-9)計(jì)算405室的濕量為303×10-6Kg/s。3.8匯總 由于室壓力高于大氣壓力,所以不需要考慮有室外空氣滲透所引起的冷負(fù)荷。先將上述各分項(xiàng)結(jié)果列入表,并逐時(shí)相加,
