1、河南理工大學(xué)萬(wàn)方科技學(xué)院電氣與自動(dòng)化工程系 2015屆畢業(yè)生英文文獻(xiàn)專業(yè):電氣與自動(dòng)化工程系班級(jí):11級(jí)電氣7班學(xué)號(hào):姓名:郭 華時(shí)間:外文資料與中文翻譯建筑電氣電氣工程設(shè)計(jì)包括兩個(gè)主要的設(shè)計(jì)方面。主要是一部分的電能的轉(zhuǎn)換及分配和電力的供配、照明系統(tǒng)、防雷接地系統(tǒng)。一般來(lái)說(shuō) ,建筑主要的變化包括:高壓和低壓配 電系統(tǒng)、變壓器、備用電源系統(tǒng)。電力系統(tǒng)包括配電和控制,室內(nèi)和室外照明系統(tǒng)包 括所有類型的照明,防雷系統(tǒng)包括入侵波防護(hù)、閃電傳感器、接地、等電位連接和局 部等電位連接等。輔助等電位連接等。在短短的 20年里,系統(tǒng)在技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品的面貌發(fā) 生了翻天覆地的變化。許多的設(shè)計(jì)理念也發(fā)生了巨大的變化。開(kāi)
2、關(guān)設(shè)備如高壓系統(tǒng)的 第一個(gè)斷路器油斷路器,后來(lái)油斷路器的逐步發(fā)展,不僅規(guī)模大,但是一般都包含油物 質(zhì)。由于開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備尺寸較大,我們還必須建立獨(dú)立的設(shè)備房間,占據(jù)了大量的建筑面積。 現(xiàn)在真空斷路器和六氟化硫斷路器,不僅體積小,而且短路容量大,外殼尺寸遠(yuǎn)小于原 來(lái)的櫥柜,并且斷路器沒(méi)有任何油,防火性能大大提高。而且斷路器和其他低壓設(shè)備在 一個(gè)房間里,這樣即節(jié)省空間又方便管理。過(guò)去大容量的低壓斷路器,短路電流容量逐漸變大,規(guī)模也逐漸變小,而且更加穩(wěn)定,使系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行更加安全可靠,為設(shè)計(jì)帶來(lái)了方 便。向著智能化低壓斷路器方向發(fā)展,斷路器各種參數(shù)可以通過(guò)總線工業(yè)控制,信號(hào)直 接傳輸?shù)接?jì)算機(jī)。干式變壓器的出現(xiàn),
3、對(duì)建筑電氣設(shè)計(jì)帶來(lái)了極大的方便,因?yàn)闆](méi)有變壓器油泄漏和 火災(zāi)的可能性,以便它可以很容易地安裝在建筑本身,甚至直接到負(fù)荷中心。它還消除 變壓器對(duì)油的需求限制,構(gòu)建大容量設(shè)備時(shí)可以使用干式變壓器。 在實(shí)際工程設(shè)計(jì)中曾 應(yīng)用四個(gè)臺(tái)灣2500kVA干式變壓器。在使用緊急發(fā)電機(jī)方面,從性能和尺寸的角度來(lái)看,比過(guò)去進(jìn)步很多。除了使用柴 油發(fā)電機(jī);應(yīng)急照明使用 EPS備用電源;中斷供電在一個(gè)毫秒以內(nèi)的設(shè)備,可以使用 UPS電力設(shè)備的控制從單一元件的控制到控制繼電器控制變化。除了更好的性能的各 種組件的規(guī)模較小,也降低控制箱的規(guī)模。由于數(shù)字技術(shù)更多的運(yùn)用于控制能達(dá)到最佳 的控制狀態(tài)來(lái)控制設(shè)備。進(jìn)一步提高了節(jié)能
4、的效果。照明系統(tǒng)從過(guò)去單一光源、燈具和低效率的狀態(tài)向更廣泛的前景發(fā)展。建筑中使用的光源可供選擇的品種數(shù)量很多。光的發(fā)光效率和色調(diào)在向著高效的方向發(fā)展,燈具 不斷地改進(jìn)其效率和不同形式的燈具運(yùn)用于不同場(chǎng)合。 例如,普通的熒光燈鎮(zhèn)流器由普 通的鎮(zhèn)流器向節(jié)能型鎮(zhèn)流器方向發(fā)展。還對(duì)諧波組件的大小進(jìn)行精簡(jiǎn),生產(chǎn)低諧波電子 鎮(zhèn)流器。許多措施如配件和燈具的使用,可以滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,同時(shí)能實(shí)現(xiàn)不同的體系結(jié) 構(gòu)、照明要求的各種場(chǎng)所。無(wú)論照明和室內(nèi)裝飾照明還是道路照明和戶外庭院建筑的 光照明,所有的都展示了照明技術(shù)的發(fā)展和建筑照明的好處與便利。另一個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)使用于電氣設(shè)備和其他設(shè)備,如雙電源開(kāi)關(guān)的互投。與傳統(tǒng)的專業(yè)生產(chǎn)
5、 產(chǎn)品相比,除了傳統(tǒng)的功率切換外,雙電源還能滿足每個(gè)其他電子設(shè)備的需要 ,極大地 提高供電的可靠性和連續(xù)性。電力電纜和電線是被廣泛使用的產(chǎn)品。 過(guò)去的電線電纜,種類稀少?,F(xiàn)在引入各種 電纜,從普通阻燃PVC電纜到耐火、少煙無(wú)鹵、防電磁干擾環(huán)境的電纜等。導(dǎo)線材料從 普通的礦物絕緣絕緣材料到總線絕緣,高效絕緣等分支機(jī)構(gòu)。電力建設(shè)中這些技術(shù)是安 全、可靠、方便的,提供了一個(gè)有效的環(huán)境保護(hù)。針對(duì)特殊需求分布、建設(shè)的一些新設(shè)備得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。例如大型醫(yī)院手術(shù)室 醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)漏電保護(hù)、漏電監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)等。技術(shù)的發(fā)展強(qiáng)大在很多地方都有顯現(xiàn)如實(shí)際工程和技術(shù)人員,以及我們自己的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。如此巨大的發(fā)展為中國(guó)的電力建設(shè)和電
6、力建設(shè)安全使用奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)也創(chuàng)造 了條件。隨著建筑智能化技術(shù)的深入應(yīng)用,一些設(shè)備、系統(tǒng)控制和控制系統(tǒng)已逐漸成為一個(gè) 專業(yè)性的監(jiān)控,并具有開(kāi)放建筑設(shè)備監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)通信協(xié)議、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和通信系統(tǒng)。建筑物內(nèi) 如自動(dòng)功率控制系統(tǒng),采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù)的數(shù)據(jù)采集和處理,集中控制變量分配系統(tǒng)實(shí) 現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控和遠(yuǎn)程控制以及遠(yuǎn)程無(wú)人變電站的實(shí)現(xiàn)。連續(xù)收集和分析系統(tǒng)能提前給出 建議或警告,以方便系統(tǒng)的安全運(yùn)行。自動(dòng)功率控制系統(tǒng)利用計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、信息技術(shù)、 控制技術(shù)、傳感器技術(shù)、通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、電力電子技術(shù)等綜合技術(shù),它基本上可以取代 傳統(tǒng)的二次回路而且接線簡(jiǎn)單、 性能可靠、易于維護(hù)。與此同時(shí),根據(jù)建筑的能耗進(jìn)行 的第二次重大
7、節(jié)能照明控制系統(tǒng)也會(huì)逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)。專業(yè)照明控制系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)廣泛應(yīng)用于許 多建筑物。照明控制由一個(gè)實(shí)時(shí)傳感器控制定時(shí)控制。 此外,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)控制、遠(yuǎn)程控制和控 制多種靈活的控制現(xiàn)場(chǎng),達(dá)到最大的能量利用,同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)功能和人性化的舒適的照明系 統(tǒng)。各種建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也相應(yīng)出臺(tái),如 1980年代末標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建筑設(shè)計(jì)防火規(guī)范 GBJ16-87; 1990年代民用建筑照明設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn) GBJ133-90;民用建筑電氣設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范JGJ/ T16 -92;工業(yè)企業(yè)照明設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB50034 92;高層民用建筑設(shè)計(jì)防火規(guī)范GB50045 -95;供配電系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范GB50052- 95;l0kV及以下變電所設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范 GB50053 -94 ;低
8、壓配電設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范GB50054 - 95 ;通用用電設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范 GB50055 - 93 ;建筑物防雷設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范GB50057-94等等。緊隨后的是建筑電氣設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)電氣設(shè) 計(jì)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化。智能建筑技術(shù)只是一種手段,配備智能功能、強(qiáng)調(diào)效率、能耗低、更干凈,真正實(shí)現(xiàn)以人為本。在實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能的前提下,提高建筑的功能、環(huán)境保護(hù)和可持續(xù)發(fā)展的目標(biāo)。 構(gòu)建可持續(xù)發(fā)展的實(shí)現(xiàn)從戰(zhàn)略的角度來(lái)看,注重環(huán)境保護(hù),保持生態(tài)系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定。可持續(xù) 發(fā)展是一個(gè)永恒的主題,經(jīng)過(guò)多年的實(shí)踐,在一個(gè)理性和務(wù)實(shí)的態(tài)度下,以實(shí)際需要和 實(shí)際應(yīng)用為標(biāo)準(zhǔn),不是盲目地追隨片面而是追求全面、先進(jìn)的智能系統(tǒng) ,在技術(shù)上做到 領(lǐng)先。設(shè)計(jì)需做了合理的投資,
9、使用不同的功能。根據(jù)投資和管理需求的具體情況來(lái)確 定先進(jìn)的、可靠的、經(jīng)濟(jì)合理的和最優(yōu)的方案,這個(gè)概念現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)成為智能建筑行業(yè) 的共識(shí)。建筑智能技術(shù)使所有的學(xué)院和大學(xué)的建設(shè)開(kāi)辟了這一技術(shù)相應(yīng)的專業(yè)課程和 促進(jìn)了相關(guān)專業(yè)學(xué)生的發(fā)展。智能建筑技術(shù)包括:建筑設(shè)備自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)、安全系統(tǒng)、停車場(chǎng)管理系統(tǒng)、火災(zāi)自 動(dòng)報(bào)警和消防系統(tǒng)、通信和計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)、綜合布線系統(tǒng)、廣播系統(tǒng)、有線電視系 統(tǒng)、視頻會(huì)議系統(tǒng)等,超過(guò)10個(gè)子系統(tǒng)的集成。是我國(guó)第一個(gè)獨(dú)立于國(guó)內(nèi)建筑智能技 術(shù)系統(tǒng)集成子系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)。20世紀(jì)的建筑設(shè)備監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展由1980年代的集中監(jiān)控開(kāi)始,由于可靠性差、 速度慢,1990年代后已經(jīng)很少使用,并取代
10、了分布式控制。在1990年代末,隨著計(jì)算 機(jī)技術(shù)、控制技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)和通信技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)和集成,監(jiān)控施工設(shè)備技術(shù)發(fā)展迅速。安全技術(shù)和安全措施也逐步發(fā)展,包括中央監(jiān)控、入侵警報(bào)、訪問(wèn)控制(門(mén))、巡邏 削減等更多的周邊防御和其他子系統(tǒng)。安全系統(tǒng)從最初的子系統(tǒng)相互獨(dú)立的到各子系 統(tǒng)之間相互聯(lián)系。大大增加了安全性、可靠性和實(shí)時(shí)為人們的工作、學(xué)習(xí)和生活安全 保障。閉路電視監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)從模擬到數(shù)字的方向發(fā)展,整個(gè)安全系統(tǒng)的規(guī)模也在運(yùn)動(dòng)數(shù)字 系統(tǒng)、集成的方向發(fā)展。運(yùn)用通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的智能建筑通信網(wǎng)絡(luò),包括計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、雙向有線電視傳輸網(wǎng)絡(luò) 和電話通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò)。前兩個(gè)智能網(wǎng)絡(luò)作為一個(gè)寬帶主干網(wǎng)絡(luò)把幾乎所有的信息技術(shù)和信 息資源管理
11、的幾乎所有的用戶連接到一起。 在1990年代中期之前,有一個(gè)為所有類型的網(wǎng)絡(luò)和用戶的市場(chǎng)。但在1990年代末,由于以太網(wǎng)連接的靈活性和優(yōu)越的性能、易 于維護(hù)和使用等優(yōu)點(diǎn),ICT網(wǎng)絡(luò)逐漸在列表中。以太網(wǎng)傳輸速率,從最初的 10Mbps,100Mbps到1 Gbps,10Gbps甚至更高的利率。智能建筑電話網(wǎng)絡(luò) (ISDN,SL)目 前用于語(yǔ)音通信、數(shù)據(jù)和圖像的窄帶寬數(shù)據(jù)通信,它讓人們通過(guò)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)、電視、電話 會(huì)議等功能實(shí)現(xiàn)相互交流。智能訪問(wèn)技術(shù)的關(guān)鍵是與外界建立聯(lián)系,它使世界變得越來(lái) 越小。人們的工作、生活發(fā)生了劇大的變化。智能建筑訪問(wèn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)或互聯(lián)網(wǎng),越來(lái)越多的 高帶寬需求的接收,滿足日益增長(zhǎng)的用
12、戶需求數(shù)據(jù)通信。在有線電視網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展同時(shí),無(wú)線網(wǎng)絡(luò)由于其靈活性,也進(jìn)入了一個(gè)快速發(fā)展階段。從 2003年的基于最初的路線的 輪詢策略的研究到現(xiàn)在超過(guò)100兆赫。移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)正為人們提供很大的方便,并在許多 領(lǐng)域發(fā)展?jié)摿薮螅W(wǎng)絡(luò)正在成為趨勢(shì)。綜合布線技術(shù)PDS是智能建筑數(shù)據(jù)、語(yǔ)音和多媒體的通信平臺(tái)。綜合布線技術(shù)進(jìn) 入中國(guó)市場(chǎng)以來(lái),因其優(yōu)異的性能,并且對(duì)于智能建筑的國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)來(lái)說(shuō)是一個(gè)新概念、 新技術(shù),在建筑業(yè)立即引起了巨大的反響。該技術(shù)已廣泛應(yīng)用于所有類型的智能建筑。 為了滿足網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸帶寬和新產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)速度,PDS引入3線、5線到6線,甚至提高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)到七線系統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)品,以滿足千兆網(wǎng)絡(luò)的需求。提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)的
13、傳輸速率,以適應(yīng)已經(jīng)投入 10G網(wǎng)絡(luò)市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展。新的多模和單模光纖傳輸媒介作為一個(gè)很好的材料將被廣泛使 用。從銅線、光纖電纜、技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品的不斷更新,PDS充分反映了智能建筑的快速發(fā)展,新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用和廣闊的發(fā)展前景。智能建筑系統(tǒng)集成技術(shù)一般連接各個(gè)子網(wǎng)絡(luò)。每個(gè)子系統(tǒng)的操作預(yù)計(jì)將完成他們 的工作,但尚未達(dá)到共享信息資源。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)有效的管理 ,各個(gè)子系統(tǒng)之間的信息資源 共享、系統(tǒng)集成。在系統(tǒng)集成過(guò)程中,選擇平臺(tái)集成、網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)、集成子系統(tǒng)的范圍是 不同的、集成模型也是不同的。隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、控制技術(shù)、顯示技術(shù)的 發(fā)展,建筑設(shè)備監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)和其他系統(tǒng)通過(guò)計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接。完成基于建筑設(shè)備監(jiān)控系統(tǒng) 的
14、系統(tǒng)集成模式。平等的在各自的系統(tǒng)集成,建立一個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理系統(tǒng)集成。作為一個(gè)子 系統(tǒng)可以降低現(xiàn)場(chǎng)控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)集成。實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)子系統(tǒng)、開(kāi)放、行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)接口,轉(zhuǎn)換成統(tǒng)一 的格式存儲(chǔ)在數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)或服務(wù)器系統(tǒng)集成。綜合網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)統(tǒng)一管理子系統(tǒng)程序、 監(jiān)控和信息交換系統(tǒng)集成,系統(tǒng)集成實(shí)現(xiàn)協(xié)議的各個(gè)子系統(tǒng)之間的聯(lián)系有關(guān)控制和信息共享。提高管理效率,增強(qiáng)處理突發(fā)事件的能力和節(jié)約能源的目的、 節(jié)省人力。這是建筑設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng)(BMS)。系統(tǒng)集成不是我們的目的,而是為了增強(qiáng)建筑的功能和技術(shù)手段,提高管理效率,整合 內(nèi)容不是更好,但根據(jù)使用和管理的需要,以及成熟的技術(shù),該系統(tǒng)是可靠和合理的投 資。有效管理的前提是集成的需求。
15、智能住宅區(qū)1990年代國(guó)際電子智能住宅提出的理念。智能建筑技術(shù)逐漸蔓延到居民區(qū),在最初幾個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)較發(fā)達(dá)的沿海城市已經(jīng)成功。智能技術(shù)開(kāi)始建設(shè)居住小區(qū)的住宅和公共建 筑。智能建筑智能技術(shù)迅速擴(kuò)展,已成為智能建筑發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要市場(chǎng)。 公共建筑和住 宅智能化,這是市場(chǎng)的需求,也是實(shí)際的發(fā)展需求。智能設(shè)計(jì)研究所將中國(guó)住宅將放在 一個(gè)重要位置,為住宅提供一個(gè)智能平臺(tái)。住宅的智能設(shè)計(jì)是先進(jìn)的和具有挑戰(zhàn)性的領(lǐng) 域。住宅小區(qū)智能化技術(shù)的發(fā)展可以分為以下方面:系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)調(diào)以人為本的設(shè)計(jì)理念 應(yīng)該迎合居民所有級(jí)別的方便、安全、舒適和處理功能的要求,處理好先進(jìn)和實(shí)用之 間的關(guān)系和合理的投資。安全系統(tǒng)從一個(gè)單獨(dú)的安全子系
