2、3,CMM 35-31-55,CMM 35-32-18,CMM 35-35-52原因:升級(jí) TA 內(nèi)容，增加氧氣瓶件號(hào)和修改機(jī)型/Update content,add PCA P/N and change A/C Mode type以前相關(guān)通告處理:本版 TA 完全替代之前所有歷史版本/This Reviof TA fully Supersede all the Previous Revis of this TA.背景原因目前波音 737、767、787；空客 A32 系列、A330 飛機(jī)上配備的旅客手提氧氣瓶通常都為 AVOX SYSTEMS 生產(chǎn)的件號(hào)為 5500/5600 系列，9700

3、/9800 系列以及 3552/3553 系列 提氧氣瓶，這些手提氧氣瓶都需要配備合適的氧氣面罩來使用，但飛機(jī)廠家的 IPC 對(duì)此氧氣面罩的說明不夠全面，有必要在此對(duì) AVOX SYSTEMS 生產(chǎn) 提氧氣瓶及其面罩的 和配對(duì)進(jìn)一步說明。另本 TA 也給出了各類氧氣瓶的瓶體標(biāo)牌說明，明確了有關(guān)氧氣瓶標(biāo)牌的 政策。Currently,the boeing 737,767,787,airbus A32 series,A330 aircrafts general fit AVOX SYSTEMS passenger portable oxygen cylinders,the P/Ns are 550

4、0/5600 series,9700/9800 series,3552/3553 series,All these portable oxygen cylinders need to be matched with oxygen masks for using.but the A/Cs OEMs IPCs dont describe detail enough for our maenano its nesary to make a further instructions here for the maenance and matching of AVOX SYSTEMS oxygen cy

7、acted by AVOX SYSTEMS general have one or two outlets,atof the oxygen cylinders P/Ns,there are one or two letters whi eans different outlet style,and the outlets style s ed the oxygen masks P/N.the typical P/N config see figure1.對(duì)于 5500/5600 系列,9700/9800 系列的氧氣瓶，件號(hào)最后一位或兩位字母如果為 A,B,C,D 即為常見的恒流量型 outle

8、t，如果是其他字母，即為全流量型 outlet，全流量型 outlet 目前無法使用，故如果件號(hào)末尾出現(xiàn)了 A,B,C,D之外的字母，可視為此 outlet 不可用，無需對(duì)此 outlet 配對(duì)氧氣面罩，比如件號(hào) 5500-C6A-F20AR，有兩個(gè) outlet，為“A”和“R”，工作者只需對(duì)“A”型 outlet 進(jìn)行面罩配對(duì)。For 5500/5600series,9700/9800series oxygen cylinders,letters of P/N can be A,B,C,D,which are the general constant flow outlets, iflet

9、ters of the P/N is other letters,it means the outlet is full flow outlet,this full flow type outlet cant be used currently,so its not ne sary to match oxygen mask with this type outlet,such as,for P/N 5500-C6A-F20AR,i s two outlets,one is “A”,another one is “R”, only “A” outlet need to be matched wi

10、th oxygen mask.對(duì)于 3552/3553 系列的氧氣瓶，件號(hào)最后一位字母也表示了 outlet 類型，目前機(jī)隊(duì)中配備的所有 3552/3553系列的氧氣瓶件號(hào)最后一位都為 D，配對(duì)的氧氣面罩件號(hào)與 5500/5600 系列”A”型 outlet 所對(duì)應(yīng)的面罩件號(hào)是一樣的。For 3552/3553 series oxygen cylinders,letter of the P/N also mean the different outlet style,currently,in our fleet,the aircrafts only have the 3552/3553 ser

18、圖 3 為 3552/3553 系列氧氣瓶，該位于調(diào)節(jié)器上。Regulator P/N and S/N label,see fig 2, it is 5500 series PCAs label and fig 3, it is 3552/3553 series PCAs label, this type label is on the regulator.瓶體件序號(hào)，該件序號(hào)僅為鋼瓶或復(fù)合材料瓶體的件序號(hào)，如圖 4 和圖 8 為 3552/3553 系列氧氣瓶和圖 5 為 5500 系列氧氣瓶標(biāo)識(shí)。鋼印的瓶體，序號(hào)還可從圖 13、圖 14 中獲取。Cylind /N and S/N,this

20、如圖 6，當(dāng)位于調(diào)節(jié)器上時(shí)，需注意該 與調(diào)節(jié)器 名稱上的差異，以防差錯(cuò)。Oxygen cylinder assy P/N and S/N,this P/N and S/N are controlled daily and used for replacement, usually on cylinder body,see fig 7, sometime on the regulator, see fig 6, when it on the regulator, the difference from regulator label must be noticed, avoid mistake.

21、上次靜水壓測試日期或標(biāo)識(shí)。The last Hydroic Test label靜水壓測試一般為 5 年一次，對(duì)于還沒有進(jìn)行過靜水壓測試的氧氣瓶，瓶體的生產(chǎn)日期被作為初始靜水壓測試時(shí)間，瓶體生產(chǎn)日期可通過圖 4 和圖 5 的 DMF 項(xiàng)或圖 8、圖 9 確定，圖 4 和圖 8 的生產(chǎn)日期為 2010 年 8 月和 2011年 8 月。圖 5 和圖 9 為 2009 年 12 月。對(duì)于已經(jīng)執(zhí)行過靜水壓測試的氧氣瓶，上次靜水壓日期位于廠家所貼的標(biāo)PAGE頁碼4/18SUBJECT：Ma enance and inspection requirement for AVOX SYSTEMSportab

22、le oxygen cylinders and its matched oxygen masks牌上，如圖 10、圖 11、圖 12，不同廠家所貼不盡相同。鋼印的瓶體，靜水壓還可通過圖 15、圖 16 所示獲取，其日期顯示形式與圖 10 標(biāo)牌一致。Usually, the Hydro ic Test erval is five year, for the PCA which had not reach the time to do Hydro ic Test, the DMF of cylinder was used to as the original Hydro ic Test time,

23、 the DMF is shown in DMF item of fig 4 and fig 5, or be seen in fig 8 and fig 9, e.g. fig 4 and fig 8 shown August 2011, fig 5 and fig 9 shown December 2009, for the PCA which h erformed Hydro ic Test, the last Hydro ic Test date shown on OEM label, see fig 10, fig 11 and fig12, different OEM had di

26、oxygen cylinder and its mask.參照航后工卡，在每個(gè)航后只需確保氧氣瓶及其面罩在位，無需其他檢查。According to the after flight jobcard,for every after flight,only make sure the portable oxygen cylinders and its mask are on the correctition,any further work is not required.手提氧氣瓶和氧氣面罩定期The schedule inspection of portable oxygen cylinde

27、r and its mask.參照定檢工卡對(duì)手提氧氣瓶及其面罩進(jìn)行詳細(xì)目視檢查，并確定日期滿足要求。Refer to the schedule check jobcard to da a detail general inspection for the oxygen bottle and its mask,make sure the expire date meet the requirement.對(duì)于手提氧氣瓶，日期即指靜水壓測試日期，需確認(rèn)氧氣瓶瓶體上沒有海航內(nèi)的等各類，只允許保留原廠或修理廠粘貼的，另需確認(rèn)中英文使用說明在位，否則補(bǔ)齊。For the portable oxygen c

30、 packing bag is shelf date,not the real life date,can not be refer to,the real life date is 6 years after manufacted date,make sure the checking date doesnt pass 5 years 9 months after manufacted date to avoiding exceeding the time limit when next check.特別關(guān)注/Spe l Attention：航材收發(fā)料以及一線 更換氧氣瓶時(shí)，需注意填寫正確的
