北京生物能源產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展情況TheDevelopmentofBioenergyIndustryinBeijing北京市科學(xué)技術(shù)委員會(huì)副主任BeijingMunicipalScience&TechnologyCommissionViceChairman伍建民WuJianmin2015年11月4日Nov.4，2015北京市科學(xué)技術(shù)委員會(huì)北京生物能源產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展情況北京市科學(xué)【案例1】奧運(yùn)村再生水源熱泵工程Case1:OlympicVillageReclaimedWaterSourceHeatPumpProject將污水處理廠處理后的再生水引到換熱站，在換熱站內(nèi)利用再生水作為熱泵的冷熱源，并在奧運(yùn)村內(nèi)通過(guò)熱泵系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)制冷供熱。LeadthereclaimedwaterofthesewagetreatmentplanttotheheatexchangestationwherethereclaimedwaterisusedasthecoldandheatsourcefortheheatpumpforcoolingandheatingintheOlympicVillagethroughtheheatpumpsystem.【案例1】奧運(yùn)村再生水源熱泵工程為奧運(yùn)村內(nèi)約41萬(wàn)平方米的建筑供熱制冷，再生水經(jīng)換熱器換熱后退回河流，實(shí)現(xiàn)循環(huán)利用。Providetheheatingandcoolingforabout410,000squaremetersofbuildingsintheOlympicVillage,whilethereclaimedwaterrunsbackintotheriver,throughtheheatconverter,forrecycling.每年可減少用煤1500噸，減排二氧化碳約3600噸，二氧化硫和氮氧化物約60噸。Annually,1,500tonsofcoalcanbesavedandemissioncanbereducedforCO2byabout3,600tonsandforSO2andNObyabout60tons.為奧運(yùn)村內(nèi)約41萬(wàn)平方米的建筑供熱制冷，再生水經(jīng)換熱器換熱后污水源熱泵系統(tǒng)流程示意圖FlowChartofSewageSourceHeatPumpSystem污水源熱泵系統(tǒng)流程示意圖北京奧運(yùn)村再生水源熱泵系統(tǒng)BeijingOlympicVillageReclaimedWaterSourceHeatPumpSystem北京奧運(yùn)村再生水源熱泵系統(tǒng)【案例2】德青源利用畜禽糞便制取沼氣、沼氣發(fā)電、沼氣提純制備壓縮天然氣（CNG）Case2:DQYEcologicalmakesbiogaswithlivestockmanure,generatespowerwithbiogasandextractsandpreparesCompressedNaturalGas2009年5月，德青源雞糞沼氣發(fā)電廠正式竣工并網(wǎng)發(fā)電。InMay2009,DQYEcologicalChickenManureBiogasPowerPlantwasdulycompletedforgridconnectionandpowergeneral.【案例2】德青源利用畜禽糞便制取沼氣、沼氣發(fā)電、沼氣提純制備大型沼氣發(fā)電工程每年可以生產(chǎn)沼氣700萬(wàn)立方米、發(fā)電1400萬(wàn)千瓦時(shí)。Large-scalebiogaspowergenerationprojectcanannuallyproduces7millioncubicmetersofbiogasandgenerate1400MWh.2009年4月，被列為聯(lián)合國(guó)“全球大型沼氣發(fā)電技術(shù)示范工程”。InApril2009,itwaslistedasUN“GlobalBigBiogasPowerGenerationTechnologyDemoProject”.大型沼氣發(fā)電工程每年可以生產(chǎn)沼氣700萬(wàn)立方米、發(fā)電140開發(fā)了沼氣純化技術(shù)，去除沼氣中的二氧化碳、硫化氫等成份，將沼氣甲烷濃度從55-60%提高到95%以上，并壓縮為壓縮天然氣（CNG）。ItdevelopsthebiogaspurificationtechnologytoeliminateCO2andH2Sfrombiogas,increasetheconcentrationofbiogasmethanefrom55-60%tomorethan95%andcompressitintoCNG.開發(fā)了沼氣純化技術(shù)，去除沼氣中的二氧化碳、硫化氫等成份，將沼建成中國(guó)第一條沼氣提純天然氣成套裝備示范線，每天生產(chǎn)壓縮天然氣10000立方米，供應(yīng)約1萬(wàn)戶農(nóng)民家庭生活用氣。Ithasbuiltthefirstbiogas-into-CNGequipmentdemoline,whichcanproduce10,000cubicmetersofCNGdaily,ashouseholddomesticgasfor2townsand39villagesofYanqingCounty,coveringabout10,000peasantfamilies.建成中國(guó)第一條沼氣提純天然氣成套裝備示范線，每天生產(chǎn)壓縮天然德青源公司獲得了美國(guó)規(guī)模最大的生豬及豬肉供應(yīng)商——史密斯菲爾德公司10年內(nèi)向德青源采購(gòu)5億美元成套裝備的訂單，在美國(guó)建成年產(chǎn)300萬(wàn)立方米沼氣的示范工程。DQYEcologicalhasreceivedanorderfromSmithfield,thebiggestsupplierofpigsandporkinUSAforcompleteequipmentofUSD500millionintenyears,forademoprojectofproducingannually3millioncubicmetersofbiogasinUSA.德青源公司獲得了美國(guó)規(guī)模最大的生豬及豬肉供應(yīng)商——史密斯菲爾德青源公司沼氣發(fā)電系統(tǒng)DQYEcologicalBiogasPowerGenerationSystem德青源公司沼氣發(fā)電系統(tǒng)德青源沼氣發(fā)電場(chǎng)竣工慶典（2009年）CompletionCeremonyofDQYEcologicalBiogasPowerPlant(2009)德青源沼氣發(fā)電場(chǎng)竣工慶典（2009年）大型沼氣聯(lián)合供應(yīng)給多個(gè)村莊（Large-scalebiogasjoint-supplyforvillages）2009年12月正式建成。EstablisheddulyinDecember2009.改變了傳統(tǒng)沼氣以村或戶為單位的建設(shè)方式，為生物質(zhì)能規(guī)模化示范與應(yīng)用提供了新的模式。Changingtheconstructionmodeofconventionalbiogaswithvillageorhouseholdasunitandprovidinganewmodelforlarge-scaledemonstrationandapplicationofbiomass.“綠色燃?xì)狻边M(jìn)入規(guī)模化實(shí)施階段的重要標(biāo)志。Animportantsymbolfor“Greenfuelgas”inthestageoflarge-scaleimplementation.大型沼氣聯(lián)合供應(yīng)給多個(gè)村莊（Large-scalebiog10萬(wàn)噸生物質(zhì)燃料工程（100,000tbiomassfuelproject）按照“不破壞環(huán)境、就近消納、循環(huán)利用、規(guī)模發(fā)展”的原則，以試點(diǎn)示范為先導(dǎo)，有序發(fā)展生物質(zhì)燃料。Inaccordancewiththeprincipleof“destroynoenvironment,absorblocally,recycleforutilizationanddeveloponalargescale”,developbiomassfuelsinanorderlywaywithpilotdemonleading.10萬(wàn)噸生物質(zhì)燃料工程（100,000tbiomassf充分利用農(nóng)業(yè)廢棄物、林業(yè)廢棄物、餐廚垃圾等生物質(zhì)資源，在資源和應(yīng)用條件較好的地區(qū)，選擇重點(diǎn)村鎮(zhèn)供暖及苗圃、溫室大棚等農(nóng)業(yè)設(shè)施，推進(jìn)生物質(zhì)成型燃料供暖示范項(xiàng)目建設(shè)。Intheareaswithproperconditionsofresourcesandapplication,selectkeyvillageandtownheatingandnursery,greenhouseandotheragriculturalfacilitiesforadvancingtheconstructionofheatingdemoprojectswithbiomassmoldingfuel,byutilizingcomprehensivelyagriculturalresidues,forestresidues,kitchenrefusesandotherbiomassresources.示范建設(shè)餐廚廢棄油脂生產(chǎn)生物柴油和燃料乙醇等生物質(zhì)液體燃料項(xiàng)目。Constructdemoprojectsforproducingbiodiesel,fuelethanolandotherbiomassliquidfuelswithkitchenwasteoilfat.充分利用農(nóng)業(yè)廢棄物、林業(yè)廢棄物、餐廚垃圾等生物質(zhì)資源，在資源20萬(wàn)千瓦生物質(zhì)發(fā)電工程（20MWbiomasspowergenerationproject）建設(shè)一批生物質(zhì)規(guī)?；l(fā)電項(xiàng)目，逐步擴(kuò)大生物質(zhì)發(fā)電裝機(jī)容量。Constructanumberoflarge-scalebiomasspowergenerationprojects,graduallyexpandtheinstalledcapacityofbiomasspower.20萬(wàn)千瓦生物質(zhì)發(fā)電工程（20MWbiomasspowe推進(jìn)城市生活垃圾資源能源化利用，建設(shè)垃圾焚燒和填埋氣發(fā)電工程。advancetheutilizationofmunicipalsolidwasteresourcesasenergyandconstructioncleanande
