Abstract:Withthepopularityofe-books,physicalbookstoresarefacingincreasingchallenges.Thispaperexplorestheresearchofphysicalbookstoreservicedesignbasedonbrandrelevancestrategythroughmarketresearchandanalysis,andintroduceshowphysicalbookstoresprovidecustomerswithmorepersonalizedandhigh-qualityservicesbasedonbrandrelevance.First,theconceptofbrandrelevancestrategyiselaboratedindetail,andtheimportanceofbrandrelevancetophysicalbookstoresisillustratedthroughcaseanalysis.Secondly,throughon-siteresearchandquestionnairesurvey,thekeyfactorsthatconsumerschoosetobuybooksinphysicalbookstoresaresummarized,andspecificmethodsforphysicalbookstoreservicedesignareproposedbasedonthesefactors.Finally,thefeasibilityandeffectivenessofphysicalbookstoreservicedesignbasedonbrandrelevancestrategyareverifiedthroughpracticalcases.
