電感耦合等離子體發(fā)射光譜法

編制說(shuō)明一、工作簡(jiǎn)況(-)任務(wù)來(lái)源根據(jù)2022年4月29日工業(yè)和信息化部發(fā)布的《工業(yè)和信息化部辦公廳關(guān)于印發(fā)2022年第一批行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制修訂和外文版項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃的通知》(工信廳科函[2022]94號(hào))的要求,有色金屬行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《錫鉞芯塊化學(xué)分析方法第4部分:鋁、鉛、鐵、銘、鎂含量的測(cè)定電感耦合等離子體原子發(fā)射光譜法》修訂項(xiàng)目由全國(guó)有色金屬標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會(huì)負(fù)責(zé)歸口,由西北稀有金屬材料研究院寧夏有限公司負(fù)責(zé)起草,該項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃編2O22-O23OT-YS,項(xiàng)目周期為18個(gè)月,完成年限為2023年10月。(二) 項(xiàng)目背景掃編芯塊作為核工業(yè)用二次中子源部件及壓水堆燃料元件,其用途不可替代。鋁、鉛、鐵、銘、鎂為錫繊芯塊產(chǎn)品中需要重點(diǎn)檢測(cè)的5種雜質(zhì)元素,對(duì)產(chǎn)品性能影響至關(guān)重要,其含量要求鋁不大于0.05%,鉛和鎬不大于0.04%,鐵不大于0.10%,鎂不大于0.02%,實(shí)現(xiàn)這—范圍是保障錫編芯塊產(chǎn)品性能的基本前提,因此精準(zhǔn)檢測(cè)錫編芯塊中鋁、鉛、鐵、鉆、鎂元素含量具有重要意義。目前,YS/T426.4-2000《錫編芯塊化學(xué)分析方法原子吸收光譜法測(cè)定鉛、鐵、銘、鎂量》及YS/T426.3-2000《錫鉞芯塊化學(xué)分析方法8劣基喳啡分光光度法測(cè)定鋁量帥作業(yè)過(guò)程均需要化學(xué)分離除去錫基體,步驟較為復(fù)雜,容易帶入試劑污染,造成分析方法不穩(wěn)定,且方法步驟冗長(zhǎng),耗費(fèi)較多人力及時(shí)間。隨著產(chǎn)品工藝進(jìn)步及檢測(cè)設(shè)備更新,產(chǎn)品雜質(zhì)含量變低,設(shè)備檢測(cè)能力提高,運(yùn)用電感耦合等離子體原子發(fā)射光譜法,采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)加入法消除基體干擾,無(wú)需分離錫基體,可同時(shí)測(cè)定鋁、鉛、鐵、銘、鎂5種元素,一并替代流程復(fù)雜的YS/T426.3-2000(比色法)及YS/T426.4-2000(原子吸收光譜法),大幅度提高工作效率。相比于原標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的原子吸收光譜法及分光光度法,電感耦合原子發(fā)射光譜法測(cè)定,更能達(dá)到快速、準(zhǔn)確的分析目的,適應(yīng)生產(chǎn)及科技的發(fā)展需求。本次修訂對(duì)錫編芯塊產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展在產(chǎn)品檢測(cè)方面提供更有力的保障,有利于穩(wěn)定錫編芯塊產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,提高中國(guó)錫繊芯塊的制造水平。同時(shí),對(duì)我國(guó)核工業(yè)的發(fā)展也起到促進(jìn)作用。(三) 主要參加單位和工作成員及其所做的工作1.本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)起草單位及其分工本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)起草單位為:西北稀有金屬材料研究院寧夏有限公司、中核建中核燃料元件有限公司、中核北方核燃料元件有限公司。其中,西北稀有金屬材料研究院寧夏有限公司主要負(fù)責(zé)試驗(yàn)方案制定,試驗(yàn)樣品收集和分發(fā),分析方法研究,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果處理,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文本、試燈報(bào)告和編制說(shuō)明撰寫(xiě)等工作;中核建中核燃料元件有限公司為一驗(yàn)單位,主要負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)試驗(yàn)方案中的條件實(shí)燈進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,提供精密度和準(zhǔn)確度測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù),以及對(duì)方法提出建議;中核北方核燃料元件有限公司為二燈單位,主要負(fù)責(zé)提供精密度試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),并對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文本提出修改意見(jiàn)和建議。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)牽頭單位西北稀有金屬材料研究院寧夏有限公司是國(guó)內(nèi)唯一的繊材研究和生產(chǎn)基地,國(guó)家高新技術(shù)企業(yè),建有稀有金屬特種材料國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室。公司通過(guò)多年的自主技術(shù)研發(fā),研制生產(chǎn)出具備國(guó)外同類產(chǎn)品水平的錫編芯塊,并制訂相應(yīng)產(chǎn)品及分析檢測(cè)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。公司分析檢測(cè)所主持及參與多項(xiàng)編、編鋁合金、銅編合金等國(guó)家軍用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制修訂工作。中核建中核燃料元件有限公司以核電燃料元件為主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè),是我國(guó)唯一的壓水堆核電燃料組件生產(chǎn)基地。同時(shí)以香料、鋰鈣、鋰電池為主要民品產(chǎn)業(yè),為集生產(chǎn)、科研和國(guó)內(nèi)外貿(mào)易為一體的國(guó)有軍民結(jié)合型大型骨干企業(yè)。在本次修訂中,反饋產(chǎn)品使用情況及方法檢測(cè)需求信息,同時(shí)作為第一燈證單位,提供實(shí)燈樣本的準(zhǔn)確度驗(yàn)證及精密度數(shù)據(jù)。中核北方核燃料元件有限公司是中國(guó)核工業(yè)集團(tuán)有限公司的重要成員單位,是我國(guó)核工業(yè)最早建成的核材料和核燃料元件生產(chǎn)科研基地,為我國(guó)“兩弾一艇”的研制以及和平利用原子能做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。在本次修訂過(guò)程中,提供實(shí)燈樣本的精密度數(shù)據(jù),并對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文本等提出了相應(yīng)的修改意見(jiàn)。2.本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)起草人員及其工作職責(zé)本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)主要起草人:孫洪'濤、王巧、馬肖、李暉、湛裁裁、袁翠宏、陳嵐、紀(jì)秋宇、張健康、張新輝、劉軍、殷藝丹。各起草人在本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)編制過(guò)程中的工作職責(zé)見(jiàn)表1。表1工作成員及所做工作起草人所做工作外洪濤、王巧、李峰、劉軍、殷苴丹負(fù)責(zé)樣品搜集、試驗(yàn)方案的確定、條件試驗(yàn)實(shí)施、樣品刪試、方法驗(yàn)證等。馬肖標(biāo)準(zhǔn)技術(shù)內(nèi)容審核、試驗(yàn)進(jìn)度組織協(xié)調(diào)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文件和編制說(shuō)明編寫(xiě)等。湛慧慧、袁翠宏、陳嵐、紀(jì)秋宇、殷藝丹對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文件和編制說(shuō)明提出修改建議、方法試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證等。張健康、張新輝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)修訂工作的整體統(tǒng)籌及指導(dǎo),技術(shù)性修改建議等。(四)主要工作過(guò)程西北稀有金屬材料研究院寧夏有限公司在接到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制訂任務(wù)后,成立了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)編制組,召開(kāi)了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)項(xiàng)目編制啟動(dòng)會(huì)議,對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)編寫(xiě)工作進(jìn)行了部署和分工,主要工作過(guò)程經(jīng)歷了以下幾個(gè)階段。1.立項(xiàng)階段2020年11月,西北稀有金屬材料研究院寧夏有限公司向全國(guó)有色金屬標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會(huì)稀有金屬分標(biāo)委提交了YS/T426.4-2000《錫繊芯塊化學(xué)分析方法原子吸收光譜法測(cè)定鉛、鐵、銘、鎂量》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)修訂的項(xiàng)目建議書(shū)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)草案和立項(xiàng)報(bào)告等材料,經(jīng)全體委員論證同意立項(xiàng)。隨后由秘書(shū)處組織全體委員網(wǎng)絡(luò)投票,投票通過(guò)后轉(zhuǎn)報(bào)給工業(yè)和信息化部科技司,并掛網(wǎng)向社會(huì)公開(kāi)征求意見(jiàn)。2022年4月290,工業(yè)和信息化部發(fā)布了《關(guān)于印發(fā)2022年第一批行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制修訂和外文版項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃的通知》(工信廳科函[2022]94號(hào)),正式下達(dá)該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的修訂任務(wù),標(biāo)準(zhǔn)名稱為《錫鉞芯塊化學(xué)分析方法第4部分:鋁、鉛、鐵、銘、鎂含量的測(cè)定電感耦合等離子體原子發(fā)射光譜法為項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃編號(hào)為2O22-O23OT-YS,項(xiàng)目周期為18個(gè)月,完成年限為2023年10月,技術(shù)歸口單位為全國(guó)有色金屬標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會(huì)。2.起草階段2.1任務(wù)落實(shí)2022年8月25日,全國(guó)有色金屬標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會(huì)稀有金屬分標(biāo)委在湖北省宜昌市組織召開(kāi)了《錫編芯塊化學(xué)分析方法》修訂任務(wù)落實(shí)會(huì)。會(huì)上確定了由西北稀有金屬材料研究院寧夏有限公司牽頭負(fù)責(zé)《錫鉞芯塊化學(xué)分析方法第4部分:鋁、鉛、鐵、銘、鎂含量的測(cè)定電感耦合等離子體原子發(fā)射光譜法》的起草工作,由中核建中核燃料元件有限公司、中核北方核燃料元件有限公司兩家單位協(xié)助起草;明確了所采用的分析方法及其測(cè)定范圍;同時(shí)確定了樣品制備單位、進(jìn)度安排等事項(xiàng)。2.2樣品收集及試驗(yàn)研究2022年9月~2022年11月編制組委托中核建中核燃料元件有限公司、中核北方核燃料元件有限公司根據(jù)市場(chǎng)上錫繊芯塊產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)和應(yīng)用情況,結(jié)合西北稀有金屬材料研究院寧夏有限公司生產(chǎn)及研究情況,開(kāi)展試驗(yàn)樣品的成分設(shè)計(jì)、選材和制備,充分考慮到試驗(yàn)樣品的代表性,共制備了SbBe-均、SbBe-2#、SbBe-3#三種牌號(hào)的錫編芯塊樣品為本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)統(tǒng)一的試驗(yàn)樣品,相關(guān)信息見(jiàn)表2所示。表2本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗(yàn)樣品的基本仏息序號(hào)牌號(hào)樣品狀態(tài)鋁、鉛、鐵、徭、鎂的含里水平/%1SbBe-lff粉末狀~0.0050%2SbBe-2fi粉末狀-0.050%3SbEe-3#粉末狀~0.20%2022年12月~2023年2月編制組開(kāi)展大量試驗(yàn)研究工作,形成了方法研究報(bào)告及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文本和編制說(shuō)明的討論稿。試驗(yàn)內(nèi)容主要包含樣樣品預(yù)處理、分析譜線選擇、基體效應(yīng)的消除等方法影響因素討論,以及方法相關(guān)精密度和準(zhǔn)確度驗(yàn)證。3.征求意見(jiàn)階段編制組通過(guò)發(fā)函,全國(guó)有色金屬標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會(huì)將《錫編芯塊化學(xué)分析方法第4部分:鋁、鉛、鐵、銘、鎂含量的測(cè)定電感耦合等離子體原子發(fā)射光譜法》征求意見(jiàn)資料在中國(guó)有色金屬標(biāo)準(zhǔn)質(zhì)量信息網(wǎng)()上掛網(wǎng),向社會(huì)公開(kāi)征求意見(jiàn)。征求意見(jiàn)的單位包括主要生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)銷(xiāo)、使用、科研、第三方檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)等單位及大專院校,征求意見(jiàn)單位廣泛且具有代表性。2023年2月22日?23日由全國(guó)有色金屬標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會(huì)主持,在廣東省佛山市召開(kāi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)討論會(huì),來(lái)自國(guó)標(biāo)(北京)檢燈認(rèn)證有限公司、新疆湘潤(rùn)新材料科技有限公司、西北有色金屬研究院、寶雞鈦業(yè)股份有限公司、金堆城鋁業(yè)股份有限公司、廣東省科學(xué)院工業(yè)分析檢測(cè)中心、五礦編業(yè)股份有限公司等單位的四十多名專家代表參會(huì),對(duì)本文件的討論稿、編制說(shuō)明、試燈報(bào)告進(jìn)行了充分、細(xì)致的討論,并提出修改意見(jiàn)。編制組根據(jù)匯總意見(jiàn),采納以上專家意見(jiàn),對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)討論稿進(jìn)行修改和完善,形成預(yù)審稿。2023年5月29日?31日由全國(guó)有色金屬標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會(huì)主持,在云南省大理市召開(kāi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)討論會(huì),來(lái)自國(guó)標(biāo)(北京)檢驗(yàn)認(rèn)證有限公司、廣東省科學(xué)院工業(yè)分析檢測(cè)中心、寧夏東方擔(dān)業(yè)股份有限公司、寶鈦集團(tuán)有限公司、金堆城鋁業(yè)股份有限公司、五礦編業(yè)股份有限公司等單位的五十多名專家代表參會(huì),對(duì)本文件的預(yù)審稿、編制說(shuō)明、試燈報(bào)告進(jìn)行了充分、細(xì)致的討論,并提出修改意見(jiàn)。編制組根據(jù)匯總意見(jiàn),采納以上專家意見(jiàn),對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)預(yù)審稿進(jìn)行修改和完善,形成送審稿。二、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的編制原則(-)符合性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)格式嚴(yán)格按照GE/T1.1-2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則※GB/T20001.4-2015《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)編寫(xiě)規(guī)則第4部分:試驗(yàn)方法標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》等文件的要求編寫(xiě)。(-)適用性和先進(jìn)性本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是對(duì)YS/T426.4-2000《錫編芯塊化學(xué)分析方法原子吸收光譜法測(cè)定鉛、鐵、銘、鎂量》的修訂起草。在充分調(diào)研國(guó)內(nèi)外錫編芯塊相關(guān)產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及行業(yè)內(nèi)錫編芯塊分析檢測(cè)實(shí)際需求的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)原標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的測(cè)定范圍、測(cè)定方法、試驗(yàn)操作的技術(shù)細(xì)節(jié)、精密度數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行修改或補(bǔ)充,進(jìn)一步規(guī)范了錫編芯塊中鋁、鉛、鐵、銘、鎂含量的分析方法,同時(shí)又體現(xiàn)了行業(yè)內(nèi)對(duì)錫編芯塊化學(xué)成分分析的技術(shù)水平,具有先進(jìn)性、可操作性和廣泛的適用性。主要修訂內(nèi)容如下:1) 更改了測(cè)定方法,由原子吸收光譜法修改為電感耦合等離子體原子發(fā)射光譜法,滿足產(chǎn)品的準(zhǔn)確、快速分析,提高了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的適用性和先進(jìn)性。2) 増加了測(cè)定元素,在電感耦合等離子體原子發(fā)射光譜法中増加鋁元素的測(cè)定,拓展了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的適用面。3) 補(bǔ)充精密度數(shù)據(jù),提高了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的可參照性。三、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)主要內(nèi)容的確定依據(jù)及主要試驗(yàn)和驗(yàn)證情況分析(-)測(cè)定方法的修訂YS/T426.4—2000《錫繊芯塊化學(xué)分析方法第4部分:原子吸收光譜法測(cè)定鉛、鐵、鎬、鎂量》和YS/T426.3-2000《錫繊芯塊化學(xué)分析方法第3部分:8為基喳啡分光光度法測(cè)定鋁量》分別采用原子吸收光譜法測(cè)定錫繊芯塊中的鉛、鐵、徳、鎂含量以及分光光度法測(cè)定鋁量,均需要分離去除錫基體,樣品前處理操作繁瑣,且為單元素測(cè)定,分析周期長(zhǎng)。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)采用電感耦合等離子體原子發(fā)射光譜法,線性范圍貢、靈敏度高、檢出限低、多元素同時(shí)測(cè)定、分析速度快。通過(guò)對(duì)本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的修訂,能夠快速準(zhǔn)確地測(cè)定錫編芯塊中的鋁、鉛、鐵、銘、鎂含量,有利于產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制和質(zhì)量評(píng)定,促進(jìn)錫鉞產(chǎn)業(yè)的高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。(-)測(cè)定范圍的修訂依據(jù)YS/T425-2013《錫繊芯塊》以及產(chǎn)品客戶的反饋要求,結(jié)合日常檢測(cè)樣品實(shí)際情況,確定本文件錫鉞芯塊中雜質(zhì)元素鋁、鉛、鐵、銘、鎂含量的測(cè)定范圍,見(jiàn)表3。表3產(chǎn)品要求各元素范圍與本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)各元素的測(cè)定范圍的比較元素產(chǎn)品要求范圍,不大于/%本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)范圍/%Fe0.100.0050~0,20Al0.050.0050~0,20Pb0.040.0050~0,20Mg0.020.0050~0,20Mn0.040.0050~0,20(三) 樣品預(yù)處理樣品預(yù)處理方法參照YS/T426.5—2021《錫繊芯塊化學(xué)分析方法第5部分:硅含量的測(cè)定電感耦合等離子體原子發(fā)射光譜法》中試樣前處理的方法,試樣用5也鹽酸和1也硝酸,在電熱板上低溫加熱至完全溶解,加入10也酒石酸浴酒(10g/L),冷卻至室溫后,用水稀釋定容試樣溶酒,可確保試樣溶酒中錫不水解析出。(四) 分析譜線的確定按照實(shí)驗(yàn)方法,對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)系列溶海、各單元素標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溶酒(1.0嗎/也)和樣品試流進(jìn)行譜

圖掃描分析,分別選擇待測(cè)元素鋁、鉛、鐵、銘、鎂的各2?3條譜線。觀察待測(cè)元素譜線益加時(shí)的譜圖形狀、峰強(qiáng)度及元素間的干擾,剔除元素之間有相互干擾的譜線,從中選擇“靈敏度高,干擾小、信背比大〃的待測(cè)元素分析譜線,結(jié)果見(jiàn)圖1,表4。圖1元素分析譜圖表4元素分析譜線元素波長(zhǎng)海A1396.152Pb182.143
