專題04應(yīng)用文之通知

寫作方法指導(dǎo)

第一部分：

(1)書面通知的常見形式有一般通知、布告、海報等。時間、地點、參加者、內(nèi)容及注

意事項是通知的要點，應(yīng)直截了當予以說明。一般在通知的正文上方居中寫標題Notice或

Announcemento書面通知一定要有發(fā)通知的時間及落款。

(2)口頭通知一般沒有標題，也沒有發(fā)出通知的時間。發(fā)布口頭通知首先需說明被通知

的對象，在正文前面加稱呼。另外，口頭通知中常使用"Bequite,please!"或"Maylhaveyour

attention?"或"Attention,please!"等以引起注意。口頭通知可以用比較隨意的語言。結(jié)束語常

用"That，sall."表明通知的結(jié)束。另外結(jié)尾處常有"Thankyou.”之類的客套語。

第二部分：

包括通知的對象、事由、時間、地點等。語言應(yīng)簡潔明了，條理清晰，要求明確,特別是

時間概念很重要，必須寫得十分明確，不容絲毫含糊。

第三部分：

(1)口頭通知結(jié)尾常說all.Thankall.Thankyou.或Thankyouforlistening.等，以示禮貌。口頭

通知無需說明發(fā)布通知的日期和發(fā)布通知的人(單位)。

(2)書面通知沒有結(jié)束語。但是應(yīng)明確寫出通知的單位和日期。通知的發(fā)布單位常寫在正

文結(jié)束的右下角，也可以寫在Notice的上方或前面，發(fā)布通知的日期一般寫在正文的右下角

(在落款的下一行)或?qū)懺谕ㄖ牡挠疑辖?在Notice的下一行)。
