glengthshorteningandavoidthewiresofelectricpartstobecut,weneedtochooseappropriatewiringlayoutaccordingtotheinstallingpositionofESC,Gyroandreceiver.(6)Aftercommissioning,threadlockshouldbeappliedtoallscrewsofhelicopter,andconfirmeveryscrewisfirmlysecured.Part1----EquipmentandtoolsrequiredforassemblyConsiderations堅(jiān)固性合理布線(xiàn)(1)fine-tunetransmissiongearFine-tunemotor,transmissiongearandthelengthoftailtube,makingthemworkinsmoothstate.Wecanfine-tunethemotorbackandforthbytuningthescrews.Thelengthoftailtubecanalsobeadjustedaccordingtothetightnessofthebeltandtransmissiongear.Afterthesesubtletunings,wecanmakethegearworksmoothlywithoutovertighteningthatwillmakegearstuckandoverloosingthatwillcausetheslippingofgear.Part2----HelicopterCommissioningMechanicalpartscommissioning(1)傳動(dòng)齒微調(diào):將電機(jī)、傳動(dòng)齒、尾桿的長(zhǎng)度調(diào)節(jié)到相互配合順滑的狀態(tài),電機(jī)上一般是可以對(duì)電機(jī)進(jìn)行前后微小的調(diào)節(jié),尾桿的長(zhǎng)度一般也是可以根據(jù)傳動(dòng)齒的鎖緊程度或者皮帶的松緊程度來(lái)進(jìn)行前后微小的調(diào)節(jié),利用這些微小的調(diào)節(jié)調(diào)整好三者的配合程度,達(dá)到撥動(dòng)主旋翼,整個(gè)飛機(jī)傳動(dòng)機(jī)制能夠順滑的進(jìn)行,沒(méi)有過(guò)于緊密的卡頓或者過(guò)于松弛的滑動(dòng)脫落。(2)FindtheneutralpositionofservoConnectESC,servos,gyroandreceiverwithwires.Un-plugthepowerlineofmotorandpoweronthehelicopter,servocanfindtheneutralpositionitself.Thenfixtheservoarmandtightenthescrewsup.Inordertosetthisoption,youneedtoturnonthetransmitterandconnecttoBECpower.Note:forthesafety,pleasedonotconnectESCtothebrushlessmotorbeforethesettinginordertopreventanyaccidentcausedbythemotorrunningduringthesetting.Part2----HelicopterCommissioningMechanicalpartscommissioning(2)找到伺服舵機(jī)中立位置:將電調(diào)、伺服舵機(jī)、陀螺儀、遙控器接收機(jī)用線(xiàn)連接起來(lái),拔掉飛機(jī)電機(jī)供電線(xiàn),給飛機(jī)通電,舵機(jī)自然找到自己的中立位置,然后給舵機(jī)水平安裝舵機(jī)搖臂,扭緊舵機(jī)搖臂螺絲。(3)AdjustmentsforgyroandtailneutralsettingTurnoffRevolutionmixingmodeonthetransmitter,thensetthegainswitchonthetransmitterandthegyrotonon-headlockmode,ordisablegaincompletely.Aftersettingthetransmitter,connectthehelicopterpowerandproceedwithrudderneutralpointsetting.Note:whenconnectingtothehelicopterpower,pleasedonottouchtailrudderstickandthehelicopter,waitfor3stoenablegyro,andtherudderservohornshouldbe90degreestothetailservo.Tailpitchslidershouldbehalfwayonthetailoutputshaft.Thiswillbethestandardrudderneutralpoint.Aftercompletingthissetting,setthegainswitchbacktoheadinglockmode,withgainataround70%.Part2----HelicopterCommissioningMechanicalpartscommissioning(3)陀螺儀和尾部中立調(diào)整:關(guān)閉遙控器混控模式,然后設(shè)置遙控器上的增益開(kāi)關(guān)和陀螺儀至非頭部鎖定模式,或者完全禁用增益功能。設(shè)置完遙控器,就可以連接直升機(jī)電源并繼續(xù)進(jìn)行方向舵中立點(diǎn)設(shè)置。注意:連接電源時(shí),請(qǐng)不要觸碰到尾部方向舵搖桿和直升機(jī),等3秒激活陀螺儀,方向舵角應(yīng)該和尾部舵機(jī)呈90度。(6)ThrottlecutsettingActivatethefunction:Movethecursortothe“ACT”itemandtouchtheRTNbuttontoswitchtothedatainputmode.SelecttheACTmodebyscrollingthetouchsensor.TouchtheRTNbuttontoactivatethefunctionandreturntothecursormode.Switchselection:Movethecursortothe“SW”itemandaccesstheswitchsetupscreenbytouchingtheRTNbuttonandselecttheswitchandONdirection.Throttlecutpositionsetting:Movethecursortothe“POS”itemandtouchtheRTNbuttontoswitchtothedatainputmode.Adjusttheservooperationpositionatthrottlecutoperationbyscrollingthetouchsensor.TouchtheRTNbuttontoendtheadjustmentandreturntothecursormode.Thesettingscreenofthrottlecutisasshownbelow:Part2----HelicopterCommissioningMechanicalpartscommissioning油門(mén)熄火設(shè)置(1)Turnonthetransmitter,poweronhelicopter,andclicktheparametertuningsoftwareoncomputer,connectGyrotocomputerwithdatacable.Ifthe“USBhasalreadybeenconnected”appearsattheupper-leftpositionofthesoftware,itdemonstratesthattheconnectionisnormal.(2)DeterminethemainrotoragilityandtheGyrogainaccordingtothehelicoptertype,wecanalsousetherecommendedtailyawratioandGyrogain;thenwecantunetheparametersonthebasisofflightconditionandfeel.Part2----HelicopterCommissioningGyroSetting(1)打開(kāi)遙控器,給飛機(jī)通電,打開(kāi)電腦調(diào)參軟件,用數(shù)據(jù)線(xiàn)連接飛機(jī)陀螺儀與電腦,左上角出現(xiàn)USB已連接說(shuō)明連接正常;(2)根據(jù)所調(diào)飛機(jī)的型號(hào),確定主旋翼敏捷度和陀螺儀增益數(shù)值,尾部偏航比率和陀螺儀增益也可根據(jù)推薦而定,之后再根據(jù)飛行狀態(tài)和手感進(jìn)行調(diào)整.(3)Clickthe“Install”buttononthebasicinterface,thenthemenubarappears;keepthesticksoftransmitteratneutralposition,clickthe“setcentralpoint”button,thentheaileron,elevator,rudderandpitchstayatrelativebalancedstate.(6)TheswashplatetabdisplaysHR-3,H-3,H-4,H-1types.AstheswashplatetypeofourhelicopterisHR-3,weshouldselectthetop-leftpicture.Part2----HelicopterCommissioningGyroSetting(3)電機(jī)右上方安裝鍵,進(jìn)入菜單欄,接收機(jī)選擇默認(rèn),將遙控器遙桿放置于中立位置,點(diǎn)擊設(shè)置中立點(diǎn),得到副翼、升降、尾舵、總螺距處于相對(duì)平衡狀態(tài);(6)十字盤(pán)選項(xiàng)卡有HR-3、H-3、H-4、H-1幾種類(lèi)型,我們所調(diào)的直升機(jī)十字盤(pán)屬于HR-3類(lèi)型.(9)Inthistab,wecansubtrimtheservo.Whileusingflybarlesssystem,pleaseusetheswashplatelevelertocalibrateswashplate.Adjust
