2、 factory was established in 2013 under name of Shenzhen Jinhuida, newly moved to the new factory in Dongguan which the boss bought the building, but new factory name is pending due to Dongguan Jinhuida is already registered by others, so they have to use another new name. In general, their factory i

3、s well equipped with production machines and skillful labors, but factory management looks not well organized. Nathan sent us audit report by 7/23, we can check more details in his report. The GM says they will make improvement per Nathans requirement to ensure they can pass BAMKOs standard. The fol

4、lowing are more details. They have 120 staffs in total, 102 workers, 8 office staffs, 10 QC. They have 1 carding machine, 1 wollens shaking machine, 2 cutting machines, 2 pressing machines, 1 shrinking machine, 1 dehumidifier, 1 roaster etc. Their main product are cosmetic brushes, main customers ar

5、e e.l.f. (US cosmetic company), Revlon (US cosmetic company), Loreal (French cosmetic company), Stam (French company), Only (Japanese cosmetic company), Biteki (Japanese magazine) etc. they mainly export to Europe, US and Japan market through trading company. They mainly do OEM orders, make brush ac

6、cording to client design. They have 1 engineer in new product development and production process planning. They have 4 assembly lines. Production capacity of finished product per day is 5000pcs. They outsource all wooden handle, plastic handle, raw materials including aluminum spheres, animal hair,

7、synthetic hair, and outsource printing process. They do woolen cutting, pressing, gluing and assembly in house. Woollen dying department is still in previous Shenzhen factory, they will move to new factory in 20 days. Aluminum ferrule punching and oxidation are done in their branch factory in Donggu

8、an which is far away from urban area due to environmental regulations.l Timelineu PP Sample Pony hair and aluminum ferrule are ready except wooden handle which is in processing in their sub-contractor now and to finish by 7/26, factory plans to send the brush sample to us on 8/2, but they will try t

10、 based on pony hair + aluminum ferrule + wooden handle. l Quality controlu They have 10 QC staffs with IQC/QA/IPQC/OQC function. They have 1 QC staying at end of each assembly line to do full inspection for every piece of finish product before packing. The QC would reject the defects for rework such

11、 as scratches, dirty marks, surface damage, sharp edges etc. They are now producing Elfs cosmetic brush, in general their quality looks good. l Cooperationu Their cooperation is good in general. The boss picked us up, had the meeting with us, took us to lunch. He involved deeply into production, he

12、is very cooperative to make improvement about the area that Nathan mentioned. They even hired consultant to apply for Sedex audit in near future.
