22、ing cushioning. 9.2.3測量放線 Measuring and marking 施工前將墊層頂部清理干凈，由測量人員組織木工在墊層上放出各中軸線及基礎各中心線，紅油漆涂三角符號標志，經復核無誤后交驗收。中軸線及基礎中心線經復核驗收后，木工人員根據各基礎中心線分別將基礎模板邊線（模板內邊線）、上部柱段模板邊線及預留孔等部位邊線用墨線彈出，必要時四角用紅油漆三角符號標志，經復核無誤后方可進行模板施工。Clean up the top of cushion coat before construction. 24、line of foundation template sideline (inside line of template), template sideline of top column section and pre-left hole with ink thread, even brush the sign of triangular with red painting at the foursquare location if necessary. Then start to carry out the template construction after checking.9.2

25、.4模板工程 Formwork engineering 除氧器支架模板均采用12202440標準鏡光面膠合板，模板表面應干凈，無污漬及缺棱掉角現(xiàn)象。模板相互拼裝時在拼縫內側封貼封箱帶，防止拼縫處漏漿，影響砼質量。模板（包括支撐）應根據具體要求畫出幾何圖形以便支模時能保證他們正確的位置、形狀及橫斷面，從而使得最終的砼構件能夠在允許的尺寸偏差之內。施工時在地面預先按設計尺寸進行組合，與設計尺寸不符時按設計尺寸進行切割，要求斷面整齊，校核無誤后再進行組合安裝。重復使用的模板要求進行編號。模板縫采用封箱紙封堵。模板安裝前應涂刷隔離劑，應涂刷均勻。涂刷后應由專人檢查，避免局部漏刷，影響砼表面觀感。The

26、 deaerator bracket formwork adopts the 12202440 standard mirror veneer. The surface of formwork should be clean and no besmirchment or not being short of edges. To seal the joint sealing strap inside of the joint when combining the template so as to avoid leaking to impact the concrete quality accor

27、dingly. Draw the geometry of templates (including support) according to the drawing dimension so as to ascertain the exact position, shape and transect when template installation. Accordingly make the final concrete component be within the allowable dimension deviation. Combine it according to desig

28、n dimension on the ground in advance in construction. To cut formwork according to the design dimension if it doesnt agree with the design dimension. The cross section should be trim. Combine and install the template after checking. Number the formwork which are used repeatedly. Blocking up the temp

29、late aperture with the sealing paper. Paint dusting agent equably prior to install templates. Also check it after painting in order to avoid omission to impact the external vision. 支撐系統(tǒng)用直徑48mm、長3.5m鋼管搭設腳手架。模板支撐要求具有足夠的強度、剛度和穩(wěn)定性。固定模板用背枋凈空尺寸為150mm。柱模橫向鋼管，從墊層上100mm布置第一道橫鋼管，然后間距500mm一道，最后一道離上口不得超過100mm。支

30、模后，模板幾何尺寸應減少5mm，以減少混凝土脹模對混凝土尺寸的影響。To build the scaffolding with the steel tube which is 48mm in diameter, 3.5m long. The formwork support should have enough strength, rigidity and stability as the requirements. The headroom dimension of wood used for fixing formwork is 150mm. To set the first row of

31、 lateral steel tube from 100mm above the cushion coat, then set a row of them at intervals of 500mm. The last row of steel tube cant be over 100mm away from the upper. The geometrical dimension of formwork should decrease in by 5mm after installing formwork in order to prevent the concrete bulging d

34、efore using. 首先根據圖紙要求做出鋼筋翻樣單，經建筑隊審批合格后方可進行鋼筋配料，鋼筋配料統(tǒng)一在鋼筋場制作。鋼筋應捆扎放置并且保證離地面至少300mm。To make out the translating sample list of rebar according to the drawing requirements, then to process the rebar on the rebar field after being reviewed and approved by construction team. 35、eep them off the ground at least 300mm.現(xiàn)場鋼筋必須按規(guī)格掛好標志牌，注明鋼筋規(guī)格、型號、使用部位及試驗結果、狀態(tài)、情況。放置時可以不用覆蓋，但是有凹痕的地方不能生銹。鋼筋根據國標GB50204-2002進行切割、彎曲。Put up the sign card of the site rebar according to specification, giving clear indication of the specification, type, using part and test results, estate and situations.

36、It can be covered when placing, but there is no rust on the location of dent. Cut and bend the rebar according to the national standard GB50204-2002.鋼筋成品、半成品運至現(xiàn)場后，分別按規(guī)格、型號堆放整齊，底部用枋木等墊高防止泥水污染。在基礎外模板支設加固完畢，進行鋼筋的綁扎。鋼筋綁扎嚴格按圖紙設計規(guī)格、間距施工。鋼筋綁扎點要求：基礎底板最外三排鋼筋滿扎，中間間隔綁扎，柱頭箍筋全部滿扎。固定鋼筋用20號鐵絲綁扎，鐵絲的末端嵌入混凝土中以防腐蝕。上層鋼

37、筋安裝時采用鋼筋馬凳予以支撐固定，為保證馬凳的穩(wěn)定性，馬凳形式采用一根橫桿下設兩個交叉鋼筋的形式。馬凳鋼筋直徑與主筋相同。墊塊采用C30混凝土墊塊，間距1米布置，底板及側墻布置成梅花形，在陽角處綁扎兩塊混凝土墊塊，以保證鋼筋籠不偏移。Pile up the finished and semi-finished rebar in order according to specification and type respectively after they are being mobilized into the site, to block up the bottom with square

39、ation soleplate should be bound completely, bind it at intervals for the middle, and bind the chapiter stirrup reinforcement completely. Bind the fixing rebar with No.20 iron wire, the end of iron wire should be insert into concrete in order to prevent from corrosion. Support and fix the top layer o

40、f rebar with rebar bench. The bench is made up of a rail and two crossed rebar so as to assure the stability of bench. The diameter of bench rebar is the same as the main rebar. Set the C30 concrete cushion block at intervals of 1m. The soleplate and sidewall form into the plum blossom type. Bind tw

B、 用吸塵器充分清除模板中的垃圾。Clear away the rubbish in the formwork comple

C、 自模板外側將模板和墊層之間用1：2水泥砂漿嵌填密實，防止漏漿爛根。Embed and compact between formwork and cushion coating with 1：2 cement mortar from outside of formwork in order to prevent from mortar leakage and rotten root. D、 充分檢查水、電源是否到位，電源箱、振動棒、振動器、夜間照明燈具等是否良好、正常。且應有備用的水源及發(fā)電設備。 Inspect completely w

47、場進行清理，為砼泵車出入提供方便。Clean up the site and supply convenience to the concrete pump truck.G、聯(lián)系氣象臺，獲知最近的天氣狀況，做好預防措施。 Contact with the observatory and get the recent weather conditions for preparing the protection measures. （2）、砼澆筑的規(guī)定 Regulation of concrete pouring A、 因除氧器支架基礎尺寸較大，為避免澆注過程中產生施工冷縫，擬采用分層趕漿澆注的

48、施工方法，分層澆注，下一層澆注完以后再澆注上一層。澆筑間歇時間不超過1小時。基礎砼第一層澆筑厚度不宜大于15cm，以上每層厚度不大于30cm。As the size of deaerator bracket foundation is too big, pouring layer by layer to avoid the cold rack. Pouring the layer and then to the upper layer. The interim time of pouring cant be over 1 hour. The pouring thickness for the

49、first layer of foundation concrete is not suitable more than 15cm , thickness for each above is not more than 30cm. 基礎砼澆注共布置6個砼布料點，砼泵車直接將泵管伸至布料點泵送砼。There are 6 points for the foundation concrete pouring, extend the pump pipe to the pouring point with concrete pump truck and pouring concrete by pump.

50、 B、 砼澆筑連續(xù)進行，在一層砼初凝之前，將上一層砼澆下并搗實完畢，確保上、下層砼緊密結合，澆筑間歇時間不超過1小時。Concrete pouring should proceed, pouring the upper layer and vibrating firmly before initial setting to make sure the upper layer and underlayer compact. The interim time of pouring is no more than 1 hour.C、 砼振搗時，振動棒快插慢拔，插點間距以30cm為宜，梅花型布點，深度

51、不得超過振動棒長度1.25倍，振搗時不得振動鋼筋模板。振搗時間以砼面不顯著下沉，氣泡排凈為宜，澆筑上層砼時，振動棒插入下層砼約50100mm，振搗時間一般為30秒，嚴禁過振或漏振。 When vibrating, the vibrated stick should be inserted quickly and pulled out slowly. Vibrator should be inserted into the underlayer concrete about 50100mm，the time of vibration is 30 seconds, strongly vibration and leaving out are strictly prohibited.D、 泵送混凝土

53、，其布料點至少離側模100mm。防止沖擊支設模板。The concrete pouring point of pump transportation concrete should be 100mm at least away from side formwork in order to prevent from impacting the installed formwork. E、 混凝土澆注前考慮天氣的影響，避免雨天施工。 The weather impact should be considered before pouring concrete to avoid constructi

54、on in a rainy day.F、 砼澆注時要有木工、鋼筋工、安裝工、電工負責各自工作監(jiān)護。Send woodworker, rebar workers, erectors and electricians to answer for their respective responsibility when pouring concrete. G、 混凝土澆注前在模板上用紅油漆打上標高線，以控制混凝土的澆注后表面標高，澆注完以后應及時將混凝土表面壓光、抹平。Mark the elevation line with red painting on the formwork before p

Press the surface of concrete smooth and even in time after pouring. （3）、砼的養(yǎng)護 Curing 砼澆筑成型后，及時進行保溫養(yǎng)護。砼養(yǎng)護嚴格按要求及砼的施工規(guī)范規(guī)定施工，面層砼用鐵搓板壓光后，灑上適量水分，先鋪一層塑料薄膜，用于保濕，頂面鋪上兩層麻袋，側面包一層棉被，進行保溫，確保成型砼的質量。養(yǎng)護期間派專人24小時值班，保證砼表面長期濕潤。砼在保溫養(yǎng)護期間要將

56、水澆到塑料薄漠內，且應避免將保溫材料澆濕以免影響保溫效果。After concrete forming, the curing should be done in time according to the requirement and concrete construction specification. Surface concrete is pressed smooth, then sprinkle proper moisture, firstly spread a bed of plastic film to keep wet. Spreading two beds of matting on the top surface and wrapping a bed of quilt from side for heat preservation and assure the quality of forming concrete.
