11、理工作補(bǔ)充了新鮮血液。 此次培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)讓我感受最深的是質(zhì)量安全管理和對建筑信息模型管理(BIM)的認(rèn)識(shí),現(xiàn)將自己的學(xué)習(xí)體會(huì)總結(jié)如下:一、質(zhì)量管理與控制1、施工質(zhì)量體系的建立施工質(zhì)量體系一般是指現(xiàn)場施工管理組織的施工質(zhì)量自控系統(tǒng)或質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng), 即施工單位為實(shí)施承建工程的施工質(zhì)量管理和目標(biāo)控制,以現(xiàn)場施工管理組織架構(gòu)為基礎(chǔ),通過質(zhì)量管理目標(biāo)的確定和分解, 所需人員和資源的配谿,以及項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理體系相關(guān)制度的建立和運(yùn)行,形成具有質(zhì)量控制與質(zhì)量保證能力的工作系統(tǒng)。施工質(zhì)量保證體系的建立是以現(xiàn)場施工管理組織機(jī)構(gòu)(施工項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部)為主體, 根據(jù)施工單位質(zhì)量管理體系和業(yè)主或總承包方的工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理與控制的
12、總系統(tǒng)的有關(guān)規(guī)定和要求而建立。施工質(zhì)量體系需要根據(jù)施工管理的范圍,結(jié)合工程的特點(diǎn)建立,其主要有:(1) 現(xiàn)場施工質(zhì)量管理與控制的目標(biāo)體系;(2) 現(xiàn)場施工質(zhì)量管理與控制的業(yè)務(wù)職能、部門、分工;(3) 現(xiàn)場施工質(zhì)量管理與控制的基本制度和主要工作流程,引用企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理體系的相關(guān)制度,如技術(shù)質(zhì)量崗位責(zé)任制度、施工質(zhì)量檢查檢驗(yàn)制度、檢測試驗(yàn)管理制度、信息檔案管理制度、質(zhì)量控制例會(huì)制度等,以及各相關(guān)方面的工作流程;(4) 現(xiàn)場施工質(zhì)量管理與控制計(jì)劃或施工組織設(shè)計(jì)文件;(5) 現(xiàn)場施工質(zhì)量管理與控制點(diǎn)及其措施;(6) 現(xiàn)場施工質(zhì)量管理與控制的內(nèi)外溝通協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)及其運(yùn)行措施。2、制定有針對性的管理制度s

27、ng research methods,butt hereare less grass-root sunit s,強(qiáng)化項(xiàng)目施工中的質(zhì)量管理,為實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、環(huán)境效益、工期效益、社會(huì)效益四豐收,必須在項(xiàng)目施工中堅(jiān)持做到以下幾點(diǎn):(1)做到規(guī)范施工、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)檢查,實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目管理中的全面創(chuàng)優(yōu)活動(dòng)。(2)推動(dòng)項(xiàng)目管理的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、智能化管理。(3)科學(xué)管理,精心施工,優(yōu)化組織,全面提高工作效率。3、文件質(zhì)量控制( 1) 加強(qiáng)對全體人員的質(zhì)量意識(shí)教育,嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行ISO9001 質(zhì)量體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn),編制詳細(xì)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的、有針對性的、有科學(xué)性和可操作性的施工方案和技術(shù)措施。( 2)依據(jù)各有關(guān)規(guī)范、規(guī)程及設(shè)計(jì)圖紙編制質(zhì)量計(jì)劃,施工
28、組織總設(shè)計(jì),分項(xiàng)施工方案及水暖電工程施工方案,經(jīng)上級(jí)相關(guān)部門審批后,下發(fā)施工各有關(guān)人員,用以指導(dǎo)施工。( 3)嚴(yán)格按方案組織施工,施工中若因個(gè)別原因造成改動(dòng)的,應(yīng)提前編制相應(yīng)的補(bǔ)充方案,經(jīng)有關(guān)科室審批,方可實(shí)施。( 4)實(shí)行“三統(tǒng)一”制度,即統(tǒng)一工具,統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn),統(tǒng)一做法。(5)堅(jiān)持技術(shù)交底制, 每一道工序施工前必須進(jìn)行技術(shù)、 工藝、質(zhì)量交底,在整個(gè)施工操作過程中,貫徹工前有交底,工中有檢查,工后有驗(yàn)收的一條龍操作管理方法,做到施工操作程序化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、規(guī)范化。( 6)認(rèn)真辦理工程洽商,及時(shí)通知各有關(guān)部門進(jìn)行翻樣和加工訂貨,保證各種材料、構(gòu)配件及五金等按期進(jìn)場。(7) 嚴(yán)把材料質(zhì)量關(guān)。進(jìn)場的原材料
29、由收料員根據(jù)工程需要及廠家提供的出廠證明、試驗(yàn)單據(jù)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收,同時(shí)由試驗(yàn)人員按試驗(yàn)計(jì)劃,現(xiàn)場取樣試,各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)合格后方可用于工程。(8)技術(shù)資料嚴(yán)格按有關(guān)文件要求與工程同步,保證隨發(fā)生,隨收集,隨整理,各種單據(jù)、表格應(yīng)填寫齊全,不得漏辦或補(bǔ)辦。(9)技術(shù)員應(yīng)編制各項(xiàng)隱檢、預(yù)檢和施工試驗(yàn)計(jì)劃,保證各項(xiàng)驗(yàn)收單據(jù)填寫規(guī)范、完整,試驗(yàn)及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確。4、樹立質(zhì)量意識(shí),重視質(zhì)量管理。樹立質(zhì)量意識(shí)是搞好工程質(zhì)量管理的首要條件,它在項(xiàng)目管理中起著主導(dǎo)和支配的作用。要樹立“百年大計(jì)、質(zhì)量第一”, “質(zhì)量是企業(yè)的生命”的思想,要有高度的責(zé)任心,保證和提高工程質(zhì)量是企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的大事,優(yōu)良的工程treamlining.

48、的信譽(yù)和競爭能力。管理層是企業(yè)的核心,管理層的管理理念決定了企業(yè)文化。管理層的工程質(zhì)量意識(shí)和工程質(zhì)量重視程度,往往決定了整個(gè)企業(yè)對工程質(zhì)量的意識(shí)和重視程度。因此, 企業(yè)管理層應(yīng)該樹立質(zhì)量意識(shí),重視質(zhì)量管理。二、安全管理與控制1、安全生產(chǎn)是施工項(xiàng)目重要的控制目標(biāo), 也是衡量施工項(xiàng)目管理水平的重要標(biāo)志。 安全管理是施工項(xiàng)目管理的重要組成部分之一,是唯一涉及生產(chǎn)人員人身安全的目標(biāo)管理,安全管理的關(guān)鍵在于安全思想的建立、安全組織的建立、安全教育的加強(qiáng)、安全措施的設(shè)計(jì)、以及對人的不安全行為和物的不安全狀態(tài)的控制,應(yīng)給予高度重視。2、安全管理應(yīng)概括為:在進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)管理的同時(shí),通過采用計(jì)劃、組織、技術(shù)協(xié)調(diào)、控
49、制等手段,依靠并適應(yīng)生產(chǎn)中人、物、環(huán)境因素的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律,使其積極的方面充分發(fā)揮。3、確定安全生產(chǎn)責(zé)任制是以制度的形式明確企業(yè)各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、各職能部門、各類人員在施工生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)中應(yīng)負(fù)的安全職責(zé),是最基本的一項(xiàng)安全管理制度。4、通過制定安全生產(chǎn)責(zé)任制做到安全生產(chǎn)“事事有其主,人人有其責(zé)”。每個(gè)施工項(xiàng)目應(yīng)根據(jù)項(xiàng)目的性質(zhì)、規(guī)模和特點(diǎn),成立以項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理為主的安全生產(chǎn)委員會(huì)或領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組,并配備規(guī)定數(shù)量的專職和兼職安全管理員,做到按專業(yè)、崗位、區(qū)域等包干負(fù)責(zé)。同時(shí)隨著項(xiàng)目的推進(jìn)開展文明施工競賽活動(dòng), 做到有布谿、有檢查、有考評(píng)、有獎(jiǎng)懲。5、近年建筑企業(yè)安全管理的生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐表明:嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行安全生產(chǎn)責(zé)任制使各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、 各職能部
