1、Danger in the Sun 教學設計授課教師:肖洪林 學校:成都市樹德中學光華校區(qū)授課內容:黑布林英語整本書閱讀 陽光下的危險授課年級:高二年級一、教材分析: 陽光下的危險是作者Antoinette Moses創(chuàng)作的一部當代原創(chuàng)小說,整本小說主要講述了十六歲的男孩Jake只身來到希臘尋找父親的故事。 該文本語言樸實生動,人物情感豐富,故事情節(jié)曲折變化,能引起處于同齡的讀者的共鳴和濃厚的閱讀興趣。Jake來自一個破碎的家庭,性格孤僻,敏感,自卑。五年沒有和考古學家的父親見面,在和母親大吵一架后,他聯系到了父親,并受到父親邀請去希臘。Jake滿懷期待的來到希臘,父親卻并沒有如約出現,Jak

2、e 只能獨自面對孤獨和困難,在異國他鄉(xiāng)尋求幫助。 期間,大使館Susie一家收留了Jake和并給他家的溫暖,在大使女兒Natalie的鼓勵下,Jake開始了勇敢無畏的尋父之旅。當Jake 和Nat 被走私犯劫持時,Jake表現出驚人的勇氣和擔當,最終二人成功脫險。Jake一路不斷蛻變與成長,在故事結尾與父親重逢時,Jake已經變成了更好的自己。主人公Jake的成長變化是一條暗線貫穿整個故事,也是本課時教學設計挖掘的重點。二、學情分析高二學生思維活躍,情感豐富,具備獲取信息和理解小說大意的能力。在本課時開展前,學生自主閱讀,獨立完成整本小說閱讀,對小說故事情節(jié)有了大致的理解。故事以希臘為背景,充

3、滿異趣,學生能夠欣賞異域文化,感知世界多樣文明,但是由于缺乏對希臘的歷史,文化、地理位置等背景了解,一定程度上影響了學生深入理解和分析小說,因此有必要對故事的背景做一定的補充和鋪墊。另外,啟發(fā)學生對標題Danger in the Sun 的思考對發(fā)展學生思維的深刻性和邏輯性意義重大。三、教學目標學生通過尋讀,細讀文本,整理語言素材,反復揣摩主人公言行舉止的語句,分析人物的情感態(tài)度變化,歸納其前后性格特點的不同,強化學生比較和分析文本的能力。同時,讓學生在體驗別人人生時,給予自己人生啟迪,從而樹立正確的人生觀和價值觀,培養(yǎng)自尊自強的良好品質?;谖谋窘庾x和學情分析,本課時的教學目標如下:通過本課

4、時的學習,學生能夠:1)了解構成小說的四要素,即背景、情節(jié)、主題和人物2)在零散的情節(jié)信息中理清故事脈絡,進行高度概括3)觀察語言,分析人物性格變化4)主動思考探究主題意義并能對小說題目發(fā)表深刻見解四、教學重難點教學重點:幫助學生提升鑒賞文學作品的能力,掌握小說基本四要素,即背景、情節(jié)、人物和主題分析引導學生發(fā)現Jake性格前后變化,發(fā)現貫穿文本的另一條主線,即主人公自己的自我成長和自我發(fā)現之旅教學難點:引導學生回讀文本,細讀文本,找出體現人物性格特點的語言依據,并進行提煉啟發(fā)學生思考總結人物變化背后的原因,能分析出外因和內因的雙重作用鼓勵學生發(fā)表對題目內涵的深刻見解,加深其文學閱讀體驗五、教
