ThisprojectismadeonthebasisofpresentGuangzhouJiufangElectronicsCo.,Ltd.

GuangzhouJiufangElectronicsCo.,Ltdisspecializedinresearch,development,productionand

salesoflaboratoryequipments.Currently(hecompanyhasdevelopedsevenseriesoflaboratory

equipmentsandvariouslaboratoryfittingsandaccessories,especially(heautomaticdynamic

inhalationchamber,whichisthehi-techproductwiththehighesttechnologicalcontent,aproduct

thatfillsthenationalandinternationalmarketgapinthisarea.Thisprojectaimstoseekproject

financingofUSS2millionforautomaticdynamicinhalationchamberforthepurposeof

large-scaleproductionandinstantpenetrationintothemarket.

ThedigitalaiitoninficdynamicinhalationchnmheristhespecialexperimentnppnrntiKforanimnl

inhalationoftoxin.Intheproductionandlivingenvironment,manytoxinsenterintohumanbody

throughaspiratorychannel,suchasthecaseoftheglobalepidemicSARS.Following

improvementoflivingstandard,healthhasbeenthefocusofconcernandthetargetofpursuitof

thepeopleandtherequirementsfortheinstitutionsengagedindiseasetreatmentandprevention.

Currently,therearcseveralhundredoftoxicologicallabsinthedomesticgovernmentdepartments,

testingorganizations,hospitalsanduniversities,whichcarryoutmanytoxicologicalexperiments.

Theanimalinhalationequipmentsaretheessentialfittingsforsuchexperiments,thedemandfor

whichreachesover1,000setsinChinaatpresentstage.However,inthecurrentmarketnomature

productsareavailable.In2001,aGermancompanydevelopeddynamicinhalationequipmentfor

theDiseasePreventionandControlCenteroftheStateAdministrationofLabor.Thatequipmentis

stillundermaturity,withmanyparametersunabletomeettheexperimentrequirements,yetits

costreachesupioRMB2,C00,000.Ilisapparentihaiihemarketdemandfordynamicinhalation

chamberisurgent.

Jiufanghasdevelopedthedynamicinhalationchamberthatusescomputersystemto

automaticallyandpreciselycontroltheinnerairpressuredynamicbalancetomaintaintheoxygen

contentinthechamber,sothattheratioofmixtureofthetestsubjectandtheairremainsthesame.

Thustheparameterslikeinhalationdensitybecomecontrollable.Accordingtothelatestresearch

madebyGuangdongScienceandTechnologyInformationInstitute(thestateclassAinformation

unit),endedOctober2003.inChinatherewasnootherproductsimilartodynamicinhalation

chamber(Seetheattachmentforthereport),andcurrentlynoinformationonthesimilarproductis

availableintheworld.Thecoretechnologyofdynamicinhalationchamberhasbeenpatented,the

patentholderbeingWangYonggang,legalrepresentativeandGeneralManagerofthecompany.

Alsothecoretechnologyoftheproductisunderpossessionoftheshareholdersofthecompany,

(husinaquitelongperiodin(hefuture,thereisnoconcernoflossoftechnologyandleaveof

personnel.

Thisprojectishighlyprofitable,withhighrisk-resistar.tpotential,complyingwiththeChina

marketdemandandthestatepolicy.ItispreliminarilyestimatedthatwithinfiveyearstheNPV

mayreachRMB49,221,592元,IRRat61.6%,investmentrecoveryperiodbeing2.12years.The

additionalinvestmentwilltaketheformoflong-termloan,forwhichthecompanywillpayfixed

annualreturnat4.6%.andtheprincipalofwhichwillberepaidsixyearslater.

GuangzhouJiufangElectronicsCo.,Ltdwasestablishedin1996.withregisteredaddressat

Rom605,Building12,No.102LiwanRoad,Guangzhou,withregisteredcapitalRMB500,000.

ThecompanyengagedinITindustryattheestablishment.Inthebeginningof2002,the

companystartedtoenterthefieldoflaboratoryequipments,developingtheprojectofdynamic

inhalationchamber.Thecompanyhasdevelopedsevenlinesoflaboratoryequipmentsandthe

partsandaccessories,includingmodularlaboratoryequipments,steelstructurelaboratory

equipments,C-shapestructurelaboratoryequipments,woodenstructurelaboratoryequipments,

1987,thenworkedinGuangxiGuilinForestryMachineryGroupinresearchof

machinerydesignfbr13years,withsufficienttheoreticalknowledge.In2000jointed

LcimcngtcCompany,aSingaporecompanyfamousinthelaboratoryfurniture,as

ChiefEngineer,responsibleforR&Dofinhalationchamber,withauthoriiative

JiutangasChiefEngineer,responsiblefbrtechnicalresearchofmachinerystructure

ChenWeike:ProjectDirectorofdynamicinhalationchamber,graduatedfromNanking

CollegeofPolytechnicsin1989(nowSoutheastUniversity)inAutomation.After

graduation,workedinaleadingcomputercompanyinShenzhenfbrcomputercontrol

andmaintenance,veryfamiliarwithcomputsrindustry,specializedincomputer

generationofL-RDdigitalautomaticdynamicinhalationchamber,arehi-techproductsintegrated

withmultipledisciplines(includingtoxicology,controltheory,computercontrol,communication,

machinery,hydraulics,pneumaticsandoptics),whicharcofhightechnicalbarrierandattractive

marketprospects.Theseproductsare(hecoreproductsforwhichourcompanyisseeking

financing(ofurtherimprovetorealizeindustrialization.

Ourdigitalautomaticdynamicinhalationchamberistheexperimentdeviceforanimalinhalation.

Thetoxicologyonanimalinhalationexperimentrequiresobservationoftheexperimentanimalsto

obtaintheexperimentdataofphysiologicalandpathologicalchangesofexperimentanimalsina

simulatedenvironmentwichinspecificperiodafterinhalationoftoxicsubstancesofcertain

percentageofsolutionandairvolumebasedon(hepresetinhalationconcentrationandparameters

ofsolutionratioandsendsordertothesolutionpump③andairvalve?.Thesolutionpumpused

inthisdeviceishigh-prccis:onpulsequantitativepump,whichpumpsoutcertainamountof

solutionuponreceivingapulse?.Thepumpedsolutionismixedwithairattheatomization

nozzle⑥,andtransmittedintheformofmistintotheinnertank?containingexperimentanimals.

Theairexhaustsystem⑩ensuresthenegativeairpressuretokeepcirculationofairintheinner

tank.ThedrainagesystemdOdrainstheanimalexcretionandmixedcondensedmixedair.Ths

flowmeter@feedsbacktheairflowvolumetotheconsoleinareal-timemanner,andtheconsole

reliesuponsuchfeedbacksignaltoadjustairvalveandthepulsesofsolutionpumpinareal-time

manner,thusaclosedcontrolsystemisformedtoensurethattheconcentrationofthemixedair

enteringtheinnertankreachesthepresetvalue.Thesolutiondetector②sendssignaltothe

consolewhenthesolutionisusedup,and(heconsolegivesalarmafterreceivingsuchsignal:o

remindtheoperatortoaddsolution.Thetemperatureandhumiditydetector@reportsthe

temperatureandhumidityoftheinnertanktotheconsole,displayedonthecontrolpanel.The
