2、llerspremisesoranothernamedplace.thepartiesarewelladvisedtospecifyasclearlyaspossiblethepointwithinthenamedplaceofdelivery,astheriskpassestothebuyeratthatpoint.ifthepartiesintendtodeliverthegoodsatthesellerspremises,theyshouldidentifytheaddressofthosepremisesasthenamedplaceofdelivery.if,ontheotherha

3、nd,thepartiesintendthegoodstobedeliveredatanotherplace,theymustidentifyadifferentspecificplaceofdelivery.fcarequiresthesellertoclearthegoodsforexport,whereapplicable.however,thesellerhasnoobligationtoclearthegoodsforimport,payanyimportdutyorcarryoutanyimportcustomsformalities.該術(shù)語適用于所選擇的任一運(yùn)輸方式，也可被用于多

4、式聯(lián)運(yùn)?！癴reecarrier”是指賣方只要將貨物在其所在地或指定交貨地點(diǎn)交給買方指定的承運(yùn)人，即完成交貨。當(dāng)事人應(yīng)盡可能精準(zhǔn)地指定交付地點(diǎn)，因?yàn)榈竭_(dá)指定地點(diǎn)后風(fēng)險由買方承擔(dān)。如果當(dāng)事人計(jì)劃在賣方所在地交貨，則應(yīng)指明賣方所在地的地址為指定的交付地點(diǎn)。如果當(dāng)事人計(jì)劃在另一地點(diǎn)交貨，則應(yīng)指明另一明確的交貨地點(diǎn)。fca要求在需要辦理海關(guān)手續(xù)時由賣方負(fù)責(zé)貨物出口清關(guān)。然而，賣方并沒有義務(wù)辦理貨物進(jìn)口清關(guān)、負(fù)擔(dān)任何進(jìn)口關(guān)稅或辦理任何進(jìn)口海關(guān)手續(xù)。athesellerobligations賣方義務(wù)a1generalobligationsoftheseller賣方基本義務(wù)thesellermustprov
