ExcellentCIPArawdSystem&QuarterlyPresentationMeetingInstruction優(yōu)秀CIP項(xiàng)目獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)機(jī)制及發(fā)布會(huì)指引INSTRUCTIONFOREXCELLENTCIPAWARDSYSTEM&QUARTERLYPRESENTATIONMEETING優(yōu)秀CIP項(xiàng)目獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)機(jī)制及季度發(fā)布會(huì)指引PURPOSE(目的):BysettingupanawardsystemandregulatingperiodicalexcellentCIPprojectpresentationmeetingtoencourageallcompanysemployeestoparticipateincontinuousimprovementactivity,spreadoutcontinuousimprovementculture,aswellassharegoodimprovementachievement&experiencewithincompany.通過(guò)建立一套獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)機(jī)制及規(guī)范優(yōu)秀改善項(xiàng)目定期的發(fā)布會(huì)來(lái)鼓勵(lì)全公司員工積極參與持續(xù)改善活動(dòng),宣傳持續(xù)改善文化,分享改善成果及經(jīng)驗(yàn)。SCOPE(范圍):RESPONSIBILITY(責(zé)任):CIPdepartment(持續(xù)改善部)BeresponsibleforallrelatedactionsandprocessaboutexcellentCIPandKaizeneventsselection.對(duì)所有優(yōu)秀持續(xù)改善和快速改善項(xiàng)目選擇有關(guān)的行動(dòng)和過(guò)程負(fù)責(zé)。BeresponsibleforchoosingexcellentCIPprojects,reviewingandevaluatingprojectswithCIPsteeringgroup.負(fù)責(zé)推選優(yōu)秀的持續(xù)改善項(xiàng)目,并與持續(xù)改善推進(jìn)委員會(huì)一起進(jìn)行審核和評(píng)定。Beresponsibletoconfirmmeetingtime,locationandprepareappraisalrules.負(fù)責(zé)確定發(fā)布會(huì)時(shí)間,地點(diǎn)及制定評(píng)比細(xì)則。Beresponsibletocoordinatewithprojectleaderstofinishspeechreportintimeandholdthemeeting.負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人及時(shí)完成講演報(bào)告并主持發(fā)布會(huì)。Beresponsibletoapplyforprizeanddistributetoprojectteamaccordingtocurrentprojectencouragementrules.負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)現(xiàn)行的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)辦法申請(qǐng)獎(jiǎng)金并發(fā)放到項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)。3.1.63.23.2.13.2.2BeresponsibletonominateyearlyexcellentCIPprojectsforselection.3.1.63.23.2.13.2.2負(fù)責(zé)審核及提供年度優(yōu)秀項(xiàng)目候選。LocalCIPsteeringgroup(持續(xù)改善推進(jìn)委員會(huì))BeresponsibletofinalreviewandapprovetheexcellentCIPprojectlist.負(fù)責(zé)最后審核和批準(zhǔn)優(yōu)秀持續(xù)改善項(xiàng)目清單。BeresponsibleforfinalreviewingandselectingyearlyexcellentCIPprojects負(fù)責(zé)最后審核和選出年度優(yōu)秀改善項(xiàng)目。
3.3Trainingdepartment3.3Trainingdepartment(培訓(xùn)部)Beresponsibleforpresentationpromotionandnotification.負(fù)責(zé)發(fā)布會(huì)的宣傳和通告。Beresponsibletopreparepromotionbannerandlocation.負(fù)責(zé)宣傳橫幅的制作與會(huì)場(chǎng)地點(diǎn)的準(zhǔn)備。BeresponsibletopreparerelateddiplomaforyearlyexcellentCIPprojects.負(fù)責(zé)準(zhǔn)備年度優(yōu)秀項(xiàng)目相關(guān)的證書(shū)及獎(jiǎng)狀A(yù)WARDCRITERIA(獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)):EachfinishedprojectwhichhasbeenreviewedbyCIPgroupisabletoapplyfortheaward;theawardisgiventotheprojectteammembersonly.每個(gè)經(jīng)CIP部門(mén)審核完成的項(xiàng)目都可以申請(qǐng)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì),獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)只給予項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)成員。Theawardisgivenaccordingtobelowthreedifferenttypeswhicharejudgedbytherelationshipifclosewithroutineworkornot.獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)根據(jù)與日常工作關(guān)系緊密與否分為以下三種類(lèi)型。Whentheactivityislessrelatedtoroutinework(當(dāng)與日常工作關(guān)系不大時(shí)):ThebonusforeachKaizeneventis800RMBifthecostsavingforinitialthreemonthsisupto25,000RMBorabove.如果前三個(gè)月的收益達(dá)到25000人民幣或以上,快速改善項(xiàng)目的獎(jiǎng)金統(tǒng)一為每個(gè)項(xiàng)目800人民幣。ThebonusforeachCIPprojectis1000RMBifthecostsavingforinitialthreemonthsisupto25,000RMBto50,000RMB,3000RMBifthecostsavingisupto50,000RMBto100,000RMB,while5000RMBwithcostingsavingabove100,000RMB.當(dāng)前三個(gè)月的收益達(dá)到25,000人民幣到50,000人民幣時(shí),持續(xù)改善項(xiàng)目的獎(jiǎng)金為每個(gè)項(xiàng)目1000人民幣,收益為50,000到100,000人民幣時(shí),獎(jiǎng)金為3000人民幣,而當(dāng)收益達(dá)到100,000人民幣以上時(shí),獎(jiǎng)金為5000人民幣。Whentheactivityisrelatedtoroutinework(當(dāng)與日常工作相關(guān)時(shí)):ThebonusforeachKaizeneventis500RMBifthecostsavingforinitialthreemonthsisupto25,000RMBorabove.如果前三個(gè)月的收益達(dá)到25000人民幣或以上,快速改善項(xiàng)目的獎(jiǎng)金統(tǒng)一為每個(gè)項(xiàng)目500人民幣。ThebonusforeachCIPprojectis600RMBifthecostsavingforinitialthreemonthsisupto25,000RMBto50,000RMB,1000RMBifthecostsavingisupto50,000RMBto100,000RMB,while1500RMBwithcostingsavingabove100,000RMB.當(dāng)前三個(gè)月的收益達(dá)到25,000人民幣到50,000人民幣時(shí),持續(xù)改善項(xiàng)目的獎(jiǎng)金為每個(gè)項(xiàng)目600人民幣,收益為50,000到100,000人民幣時(shí),獎(jiǎng)金為1000人民幣,而當(dāng)收益達(dá)到100,000人民幣以上時(shí),獎(jiǎng)金為1500人民幣。Whentheactivityiscloselyrelatedtoroutinework(當(dāng)與日常工作密切相關(guān)時(shí)):ExcellentCIPAwardSystem&QuarterlyExcellentCIPAwardSystem&QuarterlyPresentationMeetingInstruction優(yōu)秀CIP項(xiàng)目獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)機(jī)制及季度發(fā)布會(huì)指引ThebonusforeachKaizeneventis300RMBifthecostsavingforinitialthreemonthsisupto25,000RMBorabove.如果前三個(gè)月的收益達(dá)到25000人民幣或以上,快速改善項(xiàng)目的獎(jiǎng)金統(tǒng)一為每個(gè)項(xiàng)目300人民幣。ThebonusforeachCIPprojectis500RMBifthecostsavingforinitialthreemonthsisupto25,000RMBorabove.當(dāng)前三個(gè)月的收益達(dá)到25,000人民幣或以上時(shí),持續(xù)改善項(xiàng)目的獎(jiǎng)金為每個(gè)項(xiàng)目500人民幣。4.3RelationshipwithRoutineJobCIPPr&ject除4.3RelationshipwithRoutineJobCIPPr&ject除izeiEventCostSavingsofinitialZmonth{RMB]PrizePriw-:RMBi(R7Bi,essrelated仃roujnejC'b2xOU']-Ej,CC3ICO]HiOC'j-IO-yOD3Cu]f]j130)30asvebCu]ElatedhrauBrejcl)五03卜口g6CGE[',K:-1u],0u3ICO]£]:130)30asveieu]Psteeringtgroupjshaiid()ublecheck^therelationshpwith二routineworkofeachprojectcasebycaseLocalC4.2.4Theawardcriteriachartisasbelow(獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圖表如下):EXCELLENTCIPPROJECTSUBMITTINGANDCENSORINGPROCESS(優(yōu)秀持續(xù)改善項(xiàng)目提交及審查流程):ProjectleaderisresponsibletoleadandimplementCIPprojectsandKaizenevents.項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人負(fù)責(zé)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)推行持續(xù)改善及快速改善項(xiàng)目。CIPmanagerandprojectprocessownerareresponsibletoon-sitecheck&verifytheimprovementactions.持續(xù)改善經(jīng)理和項(xiàng)目流程所有人負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)審查及確認(rèn)改善行動(dòng)。CIPmanager,projectprocessowner,projectleaderandfinancialmanagerareresponsibletocheckactual3monthscostsavingtogetherforeachproject.持續(xù)改善經(jīng)理,項(xiàng)目流程所有人,項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人及財(cái)務(wù)經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)確認(rèn)項(xiàng)目前三個(gè)月的實(shí)際收益。CIPmanagerisresponsibletosummarize&adviceprojectawardinglist,andsubmitthelisttolocalCIPsteeringgroupforapproval.持續(xù)改善經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)匯總和建議獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)項(xiàng)目清單,并將清單提交持續(xù)改善推進(jìn)委員會(huì)批準(zhǔn)。LocalCIPsteeringgroupisresponsibletoreview,amendandapprovethelistbeforesubmittingtofactoryGM.在將清單提交給工廠(chǎng)總經(jīng)理之前,持續(xù)改善推進(jìn)委員會(huì)負(fù)責(zé)審核,修正和批準(zhǔn)。FactoryGMisresponsibletoreviewandapprovethelistofficially.工廠(chǎng)總經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)審核和正式批準(zhǔn)清單。YEARLYEXCELLENTCIPPROJECT八亞八區(qū)口年度優(yōu)秀CIP項(xiàng)目獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)):Accordingtocontributionontheperspectivesoftechnicalinnovationandcostsaving,2yearlyexcellentprojectswillbeselectedbyCIPSteeringGroupandadditionalcashprize&diplomawillbepresentedtotheprojectteams根據(jù)在技術(shù)革新和節(jié)約經(jīng)濟(jì)收益這兩個(gè)方面的貢獻(xiàn),持續(xù)改善推進(jìn)委員會(huì)每年將會(huì)從完成項(xiàng)目中選出2個(gè)年度優(yōu)秀項(xiàng)目,并給予額外的現(xiàn)金獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)及表彰。Intheendofeachyear,CIPgrouppreparesrelatedprojectinformationandorganizesareviewmeetingwithCIPSteeringGroup.在每年的年終,CIP部門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)準(zhǔn)備相關(guān)資料并召開(kāi)評(píng)審會(huì)議CIPManagerintroduceseachfinishedprojecttoCIPSteeringGroupmembersbasedoncostsavingandtechnicalinnovation.CIP經(jīng)理介紹每個(gè)項(xiàng)目的完成情況以及在技術(shù)和經(jīng)濟(jì)收益上的優(yōu)勢(shì)。CIPSteeringGroupmembersvotet
