ExcellentCIPArawdSystem&QuarterlyPresentationMeetingInstruction優(yōu)秀CIP項(xiàng)目獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)機(jī)制及發(fā)布會(huì)指引INSTRUCTIONFOREXCELLENTCIPAWARDSYSTEM&QUARTERLYPRESENTATIONMEETING優(yōu)秀CIP項(xiàng)目獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)機(jī)制及季度發(fā)布會(huì)指引PURPOSE(目的):BysettingupanawardsystemandregulatingperiodicalexcellentCIPprojectpresentationmeetingtoencourageallcompanysemployeestoparticipateincontinuousimprovementactivity,spreadoutcontinuousimprovementculture,aswellassharegoodimprovementachievement&experiencewithincompany.通過(guò)建立一套獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)機(jī)制及規(guī)范優(yōu)秀改善項(xiàng)目定期的發(fā)布會(huì)來(lái)鼓勵(lì)全公司員工積極參與持續(xù)改善活動(dòng),宣傳持續(xù)改善文化,分享改善成果及經(jīng)驗(yàn)。SCOPE(范圍):RESPONSIBILITY(責(zé)任):CIPdepartment(持續(xù)改善部)BeresponsibleforallrelatedactionsandprocessaboutexcellentCIPandKaizeneventsselection.對(duì)所有優(yōu)秀持續(xù)改善和快速改善項(xiàng)目選擇有關(guān)的行動(dòng)和過(guò)程負(fù)責(zé)。BeresponsibleforchoosingexcellentCIPprojects,reviewingandevaluatingprojectswithCIPsteeringgroup.負(fù)責(zé)推選優(yōu)秀的持續(xù)改善項(xiàng)目,并與持續(xù)改善推進(jìn)委員會(huì)一起進(jìn)行審核和評(píng)定。Beresponsibletoconfirmmeetingtime,locationandprepareappraisalrules.負(fù)責(zé)確定發(fā)布會(huì)時(shí)間,地點(diǎn)及制定評(píng)比細(xì)則。Beresponsibletocoordinatewithprojectleaderstofinishspeechreportintimeandholdthemeeting.負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人及時(shí)完成講演報(bào)告并主持發(fā)布會(huì)。Beresponsibletoapplyforprizeanddistributetoprojectteamaccordingtocurrentprojectencouragementrules.負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)現(xiàn)行的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)辦法申請(qǐng)獎(jiǎng)金并發(fā)放到項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)。3.1.63.23.2.13.2.2BeresponsibletonominateyearlyexcellentCIPprojectsforselection.3.1.63.23.2.13.2.2負(fù)責(zé)審核及提供年度優(yōu)秀項(xiàng)目候選。LocalCIPsteeringgroup(持續(xù)改善推進(jìn)委員會(huì))BeresponsibletofinalreviewandapprovetheexcellentCIPprojectlist.負(fù)責(zé)最后審核和批準(zhǔn)優(yōu)秀持續(xù)改善項(xiàng)目清單。BeresponsibleforfinalreviewingandselectingyearlyexcellentCIPprojects負(fù)責(zé)最后審核和選出年度優(yōu)秀改善項(xiàng)目。
